Smallish room
The room is not very large. The bed is a bit soft and bouncy, and the quilt too small (smaller that the mattress so impossible to turn it down). The breakfast was OK (good bread). The good thing is the minibar well stocked, but they only offer a free bottle of water on the first day. Personnel is kind and helpful.

Hotel nella media con una stanza piccola ma accogliente. Buona la colazione e ottima la posizione! Prezzo alto ma comunque inferiore alla media della città.

Hotel ristrutturato da poco e quindi camere in ottimo stato; pulizia eccellente; colazione continentale a buffet abbondante. Servizio di reception a completa disposizione del turista e pronto a dare indicazioni su come muoversi a Francoforte. Di sicuro consiglierei questo hotel anche per la sua centralità: a 2 minuti dalla cattedrale di francoforte e a 5 dalla via dello Zeil.

Great location, walking distance to many attractions. Good room. Towels were not super clean, but overall a good deal. There was a lot of dust under the bed, but sheets were clean

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer war klein, aber es war alles da, was man braucht. Es war nach hinten raus angenehm ruhig.

Convenient location. Good service. Clean as it can be for the price. I stayed here in February and when i arrived i got room temperature, however i was freezing at night, I wonder if its central heating even it is pretty old hotel. When you exit the hotel on the right site you will see homeless people sleeping (saw them twice at 10pm and 7am). I woke up early because of the noice that wasn’t stopping for like 30 minutes straight. I would stay here again because of the convenient location, fast service, cheap rate.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr altbacken, viele Kleinigkeiten sind reparaturbedürftig.Die Reinigung der Zimmer ist sehr oberflächlich. Das Frühstück war gut. Der Standort des Hotels ist gut. Man ist schnell in der Altstadt aber auch zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Verkehrsanbindung ist auch sehr gut

Super friendly and helpful front desk personnel!
I arrived in the morning and I knew I had to wait until check in time at around 2:00 pm. But the receptionist told me as soon as my room was vacated and cleaned that I could proceed to my room as early as 11:00 am. He was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Thank you very much!

Hyvällä paikalla remontissa oleva hotelli
Erinomainen sijainti, mutta aamulla heräsimme remonttimiesten kovaääniseen jutusteluun. Olimme varanneet bisnes-statuksen huoneet, mutta olisi ollut kiva tietää millaiset normi huoneet olisivat olleet. Suihkun viemäri ei vetänyt, muutoin kylpyhuone oli siistein paikka huoneessa, sänkyjen alla edellisten asukkaiden sipsipussi, vesipullo ym muuta moskaa. Tv:n kaukosäädin ei toiminut, pyysimme respaa vaihtamaan patterin, korjaamaan suihkun viemärin, mutta mitään ei tapahtunut... varatessa ei mainintaa, että remontoivat hotellia.

Breakfast lady should try to smile even once
The location is simply great. There are stuff to see right next door and almost everything in the city is on one mile radius. Rooms were dated and small but that was to be expected (price/pictures). Bed was not comfy but nothing too drastic. What we did not expect was that the whole hotel was under renovations and all the corridors etc were filled with construction stuff. The worst part was the service at the breakfast. The lady was so angry all the time without any reason. Almost like she was filled with rage. You did not want to go to the breakfast at all since you had to talk to her. You would like to start your morning happy but it was not possible with this service. Never experienced anything like that before in hundreds of hotels. It was wild. Overall the hotel did its job. Perfect location and I guess after the renovations it is good enough for avarage tourist spending a couple of days in Frankfurt. Don't get the breakfast tough, eat out somewhere else.

Quarto pequeno com banheiro menor ainda. Ficamos hospedados 2x em datas diferentes e nas duas vezes nos colocaram em um andar que estava em reforma, cheiro de pintura forte. As paredes são finas, dá para ouvir as pessoas falando no corredor. O que salva é a localização, ainda assim, tenho que dizer que não oferece o equivalente ao preço cobrado.

Bed bugs everywhere!!!
The hotel room was riddled with bed bugs. I couldn't sleep at all, and my back was eaten alive by the bugs. Hotel reception said they couldn't do anything because they were fully booked. In the morning, I checked out and found another hotel, and the the hotel staff assured my money would be refunded, but they never did so and don't answer e-mail.
Be prepared to share your bed with hundreds of huge bed bugs!

Hotel glauque, bruyant, chambre minuscule, mobilier usagé et sale, draps taches je me suis vue réclamer la taxe de sejour pour deux personnes alors que j etais seule au motif que la chambre était pour deux, l hotel est bien situe au coeur de la vieille ville mais ne merite pas 3 etoiles tout au plus 1 et on ne s y sent pas en sécurité.
