Mit Hund darf man zwar ins Hotel aber nicht zum Frühstück . Dies ist in anderen Hotels kein Problem. Daher Frühstück extern eingenommen. Keine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Zimmer war extrem warm.

Diese Hotel kann man nicht empfehlen. Lt. Beschreibung soll ein Wasserkocher vorhanden sein. Fehlanzeige. Nach Reklamation wird einer gebracht. Tassen? Fehlanzeige. Wir haben dann Pappbecher gekauft.TV vorhanden aber defekt. Kopfkissen mit verklumpter Füllung. Matratze ausgelegen und zum Bettrand hin abfallend. Ständiger Lärm bis hin zu vibrierendem Kopfteil des Bettes durch Bewohner des Nachbarzimmers. Reklamation führte dazu dass uns angeboten wurde in ein anders Zimmer umzuziehen, nicht etwa den Lärm zu unterbinden. Fazit: Dieses Hotel nie wieder! Das war eine Zumutung.

Zwei Betten, gehen auseinander nachts , die Zigaretten Kippen auf der Metall Aussentreppe vor dem Fenster nicht Umwelt freundlich und nicht ansehnlich. Aber freundliches Personal und vorhandene Garagen, und wir kommen wieder...

Wegen einem technischen Fehler wurde meine Buchung falsch bearbeitet. Das Personal war aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat mir ein Upgrade im Konkurrenz Hotel verschafft und dabei alle Kosten übernommen!

Godt hotel til prisen
Receptionen var svær at finde, da indbookingen foregik på et andet hotel. Det kunne man godt have gjort bedre opmærksom på. Det gjorde det også kompliceret at parkere ved hotellet. Det fungerer fint nok når man ved det. Fint værelse, venlig betjening. Ikke noget at klage over der.

Es war perfekt für unseren Kurzaufenthalt. Einzigst zu ändern wäre die Tiefgarageneinfahrt, wenn man ein großes Auto fährt. Tipp: die Betonerhebung auf der rechten Seite könnte man verkleinern....einfach mit Trennschleifer abschneiden ...

Es war alles in Ordnung. Fachwort kein Frühstück hatten, kann ich das nicht bewerten. Zimmer sind ordentlich und sauber - Personal war hervorragend. 1 Empfang für 2 Hotels- aber das war auch ok.

Hallo , leider war nur ein großes Dusch Handtuch vorhanden und die Betten rollten sich immer auseinander wenn man nebeneinander liegen wollte. Dennoch haben wir unseren Aufenthalt genossen da ich und meine Frau Sylvester schon vorgefeiert haben und somit hat alles gepasst , was ich noch anmerken möchte das Aus-check Personal was an diesem Morgen die Schicht hatte war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlichen und man hat dem jungen Mann gleich angemerkt dass er Freude hat die Gäste zu informieren und sie mit guten Wünschen zu verabschieden, von einer Skala von 1-10 gebe ich ihrem Angestellten eine 10++++++++ . Wenn ein Hotel so ein kompetentes Personal hat spiegelt es die Qualität des Hotels wieder .Wir komme sehr gerne wieder

Meiden sie dies Hotel im Sommer
Dieses Hotel sollte im Sommer umbedingt gemeiden werden, die Zimmer sind nicht klimatisiert und heizen sich durch die Front zur Strasse sehr auf. Lüften funktioniert nur sehr bedingt, die Strassengeräusche sind sehr laut und leider hatte der Service auch noch über denTag die Fenster geöffnet, sodass noch mehr Hitze hineinkam.

Nice hotel.
Good place to stay y Frankfurt. The only recomendación is that the address in the GPS shows the door of the hotel but in order to have access to the hotel you need to ring the bell or go to the back of the building.

Bei Ankunft im Zimmer mehrere Flecken auf dem Bettlaken, Decke und auf dem Fußboden im Badezimmer. Schmutz am Fensterrahmen der schon viel älter war. Alles verstaubt. Nachttischlampe war die Glühlampe kaputt. Der Zimmersafe war verschlossen mussten dann den Schlüssel selber an der Rezeption holen. Auf dem Balkon waren keine Stühle oder Tisch, dafür sehr viel Moos und Vogeldreck. Im Badezimmer hing hinter der Tür noch ein verdrecktes Handtuch vom Vorgänger. Das Schlimmste aber kam nach dem duschen. Als meine Frau ihre Haare föhnte hatte sie plötzlich viele kleine Milben auf der Hand die aus dem Föhn kamen. Sehr sehr eklig!! Als wir das alles bei der Abreise bemängelten bekamen wir ein amüsiertes Lächeln und die Rechnung zugeschoben. Sehr enttäuschend wenigstens eine Entschuldigung wäre angebracht! Nie wieder Milbor!!

Hot and very noisy
hotel was in refurbishment. Room was cleaned every day but was so hot you couldn't sleep at night. The room is on the main street the traffic goes all night so it is very noisy. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Hotelli hyvällä paikalla Bad Sodenin keskustassa rautatie- ja bussiaseman vieressä. Ilmainen parkkipaikka kellarissa. Lähistöllä paljon erikoisliikkeitä, baareja ja ravintoloita. Aamukahvi runsas ja monipuolinen.

Moronic staff but nice place.
Upon arrival we were told we only had one room reserved. I showed the front desk lady my 2 hotels.com reservations and she continued to angrily tell me I only had one room. There were 6 of us standing in front of her, all clearly demoralized and angry as her tone suggested the hotel was full. Finally I asked if she had other rooms or suggestions of other nearby hotels. "Of course we have other rooms" she says. Homicide was not far from my mind. As the new rooms were not setup for 3 people we had to ask for pillows 3 or 4 times. They did come the next day, but the first night we went without. It was also very hot, close to 40 degrees, one room had a fan, the other did not. Again, asked 3 or 4 times. They said one was coming, it never did, although magically the front desk had a fan on the second day which wasn't there when we checked in. Finally, if you are trying to find the front door, ignore the 2 on the main street that say Milbor. One even has a bell, which the receptionist said she heard, but she didn't answer. The way in is around the block in a small square. Aside from the moronic front desk, the rooms were spacious and clean, no complaints there. Lots of noise from the street, but if you can close the windows, they are solid and block it out.

i love this hotel, staff are very friendly and very very helpful. I always stay this hotel when i stay FFM. Badsoden is very good place for rest and hotel located just trainstation and bus, taxi stop. so you can go anywhere you like to visit)) also secure underground parking space are available.so i always use this space. room are recentry renovated clean and nice:) there are some sushi/japanese, and italian and german food shop are available in 2min walk, also another entrance are close to bank and next to DM store...so everything you need in walking distance. which is very good for forigners who don't know where is where:) town it self are very nice area also beautiful green park will cure your mind too.seems beer festival every weekend in summer:) hotel staff are very kind and multilingal. english/german/russian they are very helpful. so if you have question just ask them and staff are slove ploblems:) if you like stay for relax, this is right place to be:)

Destroyed my loundary
My trouser and shirt was destroyed because they did not use dry cleaning. I claimed this when I checked out but I failed. I will claim again by E mail. Please help this.

Schöne neue sauber Zimmer -nicht einfach zu finden
Das Hotel gehört mit zu einem anderen Hotel (Name vergessen, irgendwas "...... Hof") und teilt sich mit diesem die Rezeption, was ich aber nicht wusste und auch nirgendwo angeschrieben war. Da diese bei meiner Ankunft zudem auch nicht besetzt war, musste ich erst noch einen Taxifahrer und ein benachbartes Hotel befragen bevor ich einchecken konnte -war also schon auf 180 bevor ich überhaupt im Zimmer war. Dieses war dann allerdings neu und überaus sauber. Wenn man also erst mal gefunden hat wo man hin muss, ist das Hotel auch ok; die Tatsache, dass man zum Frühstück durch die Tiefgarage in das andere Hotel muss, ist naber auch nicht wirklich prikelnd.

Das Hotel hat keine eigene Rezeption, sondern nutzt die eines benachbarten Hotels mit. Deshalb war diese zunächst schwer zu finden. Von der Rezeption gelangt man über die Tiefgarage zu den Zimmern. Das Zimmer war klein und unvorteilhaft geschnitten, außerdem lag es direkt an der Bad Sodener Hauptstraße. Über Nacht das Fenster offen lassen war also nicht möglich. Insgesamt war es den Preis nicht wert.

Ideales Marketing-Konzept: historisch meets modern
Wir waren von dem Historischen Entrée des Rheinischen Hofes sehr beeindruckt und fanden es spanned über die Tiefgarage in den modernen Trakt transferiert zu werden. Wir waren im modernen Teil absolute ruhig und auf bestem Niveau untergebracht. Zum Frühstück "reiste" man wieder in den historischen Teil, wo einem ein preisgünstiges Frühstück mit dem besten Kaffee der Welt erwartete. Etwas sehr besonderes!
