“I stayed overnight at the Publick House for my next days visit to Old Sturbridge Village. What a wonderful stay and the restaurant at the inn is fantastic. Make sure to make a reservation for though —It’s worth the effort. I ordered the Jumbo Crab Cake adorned with a lovely house made cole slaw and paired it with a local draft beer. “Everything about the room was clean and fresh. The breakfast was good with made to order omelets. We utilized the hot tub and it was warm but not hot. There were a few flecks of fluff floating in it. Still felt good. Did not use the pool as during our stay there was a baseball tournament also there and the boys were generally well managed and supervised but there were upward of 16 of them in the pool throwing a football and jumping in from the sides. Oh well. Everything else was good. ”

Così non è sempre. Usciti al mattino al nostro rientro, era la sera del super ball, abbiamo trovato la camera non pulita e il bagno allagato. Sono scesa e la receptionist era sola e ci ha mandato un ragazzo. Bravissimo e disponibile ha compreso la nostra emergenza (rottura del rubinetto) e ci ha aiutato anche nel trasloco in un’altra camera.
