What to be aware of:

- Only ONE dog is allowed at this property. No biters, no barkers. Dog MUST be crated when left alone. Dog is not allowed on the furniture. Please pick up after their dog, no more than 1 DOG. NO OTHER ANIMALS. $125 dollar non-refundable pet fee will apply. Please notify the manager you are bringing a dog.
- No A/ C due to cool mountain climate, open windows and turn on ceiling fans to get cool.
- Close to train tracks can hear train at times. 
- Must be 25 years old to reserve this property
- No Lyft or Uber due to rural area. 
- HOT TUB: In the event that a private hot tub in a rental property becomes inoperable during your stay, SkyRun Winter Park will make all attempts to correct the problem as soon as possible and refund a maximum of $25 per day.
