Appartamento con una camera da letto situato al piano inferiore della grande casa a schiera. Dista solo 7 minuti dal centro di Federico e 50 minuti da Washington. Vicino a Walmart, gigante, Safeway, Starbucks e Wegmans. Camminata e pista ciclabile e campo da tennis all'interno della comunità. C'è un divano componibile in atto. Tavolo rotondo con quattro sedie. Televisione con canali locali e premium, HBO, CINEMAX, STARS E SHOWTIME.

This is a subterranean appartment. The host, wife and toddler live upstairs. The host is very responsive to your needs and concerns. Neighborhood is quiet, close to shopping, Frederick and many civil war sites.

I rented this property for a three day weekend getaway with my girlfriend. Jose was great with communication, check in info and instructions. The accommodations were great in a nice neighborhood close to many restaurants and downtown Frederick. I would recommend this location to anyone who is out of town and would book this again myself in the future.

This place was perfect for my husband and I. Very convenient to family nearby and well appointed with everything we need from linens to a well equipped kitchen. The bed was very soft, and we personally prefer a med/firm mattress. The host was available and very helpful. We highly recommend this place, and will likely stay here again during our future visits.

I was working at a local manufacturing facility and needed a local place (53 days) to stay. This was over $40.00 cheaper than the hotel for the first 50 days. The owner was responsive to any minor requests. Jose is a great guy!

Clean & comfortable stay, very close to seminar I attended in Frederick and convenient for my folks to explore/sightsee. Jose was very helpful getting us oriented to the features of this basement apartment, later checked in to be sure everything was good, and very receptive to feedback about what else may be helpful for future comforts. There was a little activity overhead in the evening sometimes but nothing different than experienced elsewhere when in a downstairs apartment; it was quiet at night & we each slept well. Wifi worked great & full kitchen came in handy. Neighborhood is in the suburbs, safe (went for jogs there each morning & we walked on the sidewalks in the evening) & conveniently accessed. Will definitely be back next time I’m in the area!

Beautiful, well maintained, clean, thoughtful done. Right off a main artery. Well outfitted full kitchen. Even a Keurig with pods. The host is amazing and thoughtful. We give it a 10 out of 10.

It was a very nice place. Clean and the extra details made it special. They provided tea, coffee and other things which made you not feel you had to go out for breakfast. Everything was clean and very neat. I will refer anyone going to Frederick to stay there.

We were in town for a wedding and this location was so convenient for us! Jose was very easy to communicate with and the place was very warm and cozy. The neighborhood was super cute and close to a lot of shops/restaurants. Will definitely stay again if we’re ever in the area!

We had a great stay at this apartment. We used it as a place to sleep between all the things we had planned in Maryland for the weekend. Clean, comfortable, quite. My only complaint is that the bed was super soft, but that’s just a personal preference. I sleep on a very firm mattress. Great spot!

The location is ideal when visiting the Frederick, MD area. Easy to get around. Right off the main road and close to several restaurants and many stores. The apartment was exactly as expected and included many nice touches. Very convenient and the host was quick to respond. Jose was most helpful in answering questions that we had.

We were in Frederick for the weekend and our plans for hiking on Saturday were thwarted by the threat of thunderstorms, but we were quite comfortable just hanging out at the house, When the weather improved, we enjoyed a lovely walk nearby along the Monocacy. The neighbors were very friendly, and Jose and Rosanna were very attentive and communicative.
