CASA FANTASTICA e una POSIZIONE IDEALE nel DISTRETTO STORICO. Oltre il cancello posteriore, puoi percorrere 60 semplici passi per entrare a Carroll Creek e raggiungere uno dei migliori ristoranti, pub, negozi di antiquariato, musei storici, la biblioteca, il teatro ecc!

Vieni a soggiornare in questa grande casa a schiera 3BR 2BA e goditi tutto ciò che Downtown Frederick ha da offrire da questa posizione centrale. Approfitta di uno dei grandi festival o eventi nella contea di Frederick, o proprio nel centro di Frederick on the Creek. Ottimo per chi viaggia per lavoro o per un weekend! Cavo e WIFI. 2 posti auto direttamente dietro la casa.

La nostra casa è stata costruita nel 1860 e ha pavimenti in legno originali, un soggiorno e sala da pranzo al livello principale e una cucina completamente utilizzabile. La lavatrice e l'asciugatrice sono fuori dalla cucina, se necessario. C'è un bagno completo al livello principale e un bagno completo al livello superiore. Al piano superiore hai 3 camere da letto di buone dimensioni e una delle camere ha letti a castello. La stanza sul retro ha un balcone privato con vista sul patio che è bello (vedi foto).

Ascolta uno qualsiasi degli eventi Alive at Five direttamente dal balcone o nel cortile.

Una delle mie caratteristiche preferite è l'area del cortile che è completamente recintata e ha un ampio patio. Questa è un'ottima zona per sedersi, rilassarsi e godersi Downtown Living. L'area del cortile sembra più un'impostazione di tipo enclave che si dirige verso Carroll Creek e Downtown Frederick.

Da questa posizione puoi camminare per 1 isolato a nord fino a "Serenity" che è stato aperto di recente ed è un negozio di alimentari / gastronomia del centro ... se hai bisogno di qualcosa durante il tuo soggiorno.

Questa è anche un'ottima area per portare la bicicletta o fare una lunga passeggiata ed esplorare Downtown Frederick, Baker Park, Shab Row, ecc.! Un isolato ad est di questa proprietà è il Frederick Visitation Centre e hanno un sacco di letteratura e informazioni su tutti gli eventi che si svolgono in tutto il centro di Frederick durante tutto l'anno o visitare il loro sito

My family of five adults and one newborn were in town for a couple of nights for a wedding. It was conveniently located and great to have two coveted parking spots! The first morning I took our family dog Luna, a miniature dachshund for a walk along Caroll Creek, which was lovely. We even walked to where my sister-in-law was staying on Clarke Place. We found everything that we needed including a lovely patio area for breakfast. It was convenient to do a load of wash as newborns can be a little messy.When we arrived, everything was clean and tidy. There was even a beautiful bouquet of red roses on the dining room table that made us feel even more welcome.

Check-in was smooth and easy. Everything was clean. We had an issue with the wifi but the host responded quickly and resolved the problem. The location is excellent, within walking distance to lots of restaurants and breweries. Twin Bears Bakery should not be missed. The parking in the back was very appreciated. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. We certainly will stay there again.

comfortable, clean and charming townhouse in the heart of downtown Frederick. I especially liked the decor (including a pac man that really works!) and the landscaped outdoor area with seating.

Wedding trip

We spent a weekend in Frederick for a niece’s wedding. The location of this VRBO is the most fantastic thing about it! Could not have been any more convenient. It is historic property. With that comes a little bit of age, but it is well equipped and fairly comfortable. Would definitely stay there again if I went back to Frederick.

Very Successful Wedding Weekend

We were in town as part of the bridal party for a wedding and this space was perfect. Immediate access to downtown (and the venue), very clean property with ample space for our small group. Great Stay! Wonderful Location!

A perfect location in Frederick. The Carroll Creek Canal is right behind the house and is beautifull! Aaron gave us excellent recommendations as to where to visit and eat. The house is older but clean, tidy and comfortable. We did use the kitchen to cook and gave Aaron a few pointers to improve what he had for utensils. Overall, I would come back again. Thanks Aaron
