Abby's Place Suite 4 - Rocking On Route 66

Lussuosa casa lontano da casa a pochi minuti dal centro, Abby’s Place è per te. Questa divertente suite è un tributo al sud-ovest degli anni '50 lungo la Route 66 con un autentico tavolo da pranzo cromato degli anni '50 con sedili in pelle rossa! Confortevole zona giorno, cucina completa e un'accogliente vasca idromassaggio. L'arredamento del letto personalizzato e la TV a schermo piatto adorna la camera da letto e sono pronti a fornire un comodo riposo notturno. Questo è il luogo perfetto per romanticismo, relax e ringiovanimento ed è l'ideale per una visita prolungata. Adiacente alla Suite 5 e perfetto per 2 coppie o famiglie insieme.
Nota: la tassa di soggiorno totale dell'hotel che dobbiamo riscuotere e versare è del 13%. Poiché VRBO riscuote solo la tassa statale di occupazione alberghiera del 6% e non riscuote anche la tassa locale di occupazione alberghiera del 7%, abbiamo dovuto aggiungere una tassa amministrativa che è approssimativamente pari alla tassa del 7% che dobbiamo riscuotere e versare a Fredericksburg. al fine di rispettare il loro codice fiscale.

Great location just a few minutes drive to Main Street and a short drive to the 290 wineries. Just the right size for a weekend stay in a really quiet part of Fredericksburg. Would definitely stay again.

This was a great place to stay. Very clean and decorated cute. Comfortable bed and roomy. Perfect for two people. Ted and his wife were so friendly and gave us some info on where to eat and hang out. Sunset grill for breakfast was a great recommendation.

First off, the hosts to this property are fantastic people. Their communication is outstanding and their tiny home is perfect. It’s a split duplex and you can’t beat the location. The bed was great, the a/c cooled like it should. There are no complaints at all. My wife and I come up every quarter and will make sure this is our go to place from now on!! A hidden gem here!

I loved this place! It was perfect for our getaway. My daughter is away at her first year of college and Fredericksburg is the half way point between her and home. We met up here just to be able to spend a little time under the same roof together and to make her some home cooked meals. We shopped a little one day and went hiking another day and then we sought respite here to relax, catch up and enjoy each others company over home cooked meals. It really is a great place, the only complaint I have is the kitchen sink. I missed in the pictures that it really is only the size of a bar sink and not full size so it made clean up complicated. However, there is a huge bathtub you can resort to for washing dishes. I still give this place all thumbs up though!

My wife and our two young girls stayed for the weekend. The space was just right for us, but it might be tight for four adults. The location is close to the main attractions, but I would stay closer to downtown if you don't want to drive and look for parking. That said, parking was pretty easy to find during our stay. Check-in/check-out was extremely easy, and Ted was proactive in sending instructions and directions.

This place was perfect for my two sisters and I to stay. The only down side was we wanted a place with a hot tub. This place advertises a hot tub and we couldn’t find one by the suites. It does however have a nice big jacuzzi garden bathtub. The things we loved about it: It was well maintained inside Had lots of amenities like a welcome book that had a full guide of the area, welcome snacks, free WiFi, Roku, extra towels, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, iron, extra pillows, extra sheets for the pullout couch, coffee maker, wine bottle opener, snacks, bottles of water, lots of dishes and silverware. It was like our own little house right on the edge of downtown. It had a fire pit I front and rocking chairs to relax it. The best part, compared to all the other places we looked at this place had the best price and location for what we needed. It’s perfect for 4 or less people if 2 are willing to share the bed and 2 the pull out couch. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 star is due to no hot tub, but I would absolutely stay in this place again.

Everything was in good working order and well supplied. The electronic door lock and thermostat were both super convenient. Nice big trees surrounding this corner lot property. Great location close to Main street shopping and dining. Also, the hosts' recommendation for the Sunset Grill was a great call for breakfast. We loved it so much on Saturday that we went back again on Sunday! We definitely recommend Abby's Place to anyone who's planning a trip to Fredericksburg!

We really enjoyed our stay at Abbys Place! It was so cute and had everything you need at your fingertips! I was impressed with suite 4! The location was perfect because it's a few minutes from downtown but yet quiet and cozy at night. I am definitely coming back to stay here. Thank you Ted and Leah
