Escape to the heart of Texas Hill Country with this unique Fredericksburg retreat, featuring two beautifully designed homes on one private property. With a total of four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms between the two houses, this setup is perfect for families or groups of friends who want to stay together while still enjoying their own space and privacy.

Each home offers warm, comfortable interiors with thoughtful touches throughout. Step outside and you’ll find a large, beautifully landscaped yard where you can unwind and reconnect. Spend your afternoons playing lawn games, your evenings gathered around the outdoor fireplace, and your nights soaking in the private hot tub under the stars.

Tucked away in a peaceful setting yet just a short drive from town, this property offers the best of both worlds—quiet seclusion with easy access to Fredericksburg’s wineries, shops, and restaurants. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, this charming Hill Country escape is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and make lasting memories.

Other Things to Note:
We have routine pool / spa maintenance scheduled midweek. Typically, maintenance will take roughly 15 minutes, and the pool / spa will be available for use after the service is completed.

Highly recommend! My family wants to make this our go to house when we visit Fredericksburg. Plenty of space to relax and hang out.
