Enjoy the height of luxury at Casa Blanca on your next getaway. Casa Blanca is a modern escape in the heart of the Texas Wine Country. The home is located in a historic Fredericksburg neighborhood- close enough to Main Street to be convenient, while still providing a relaxing respite. Casa Blanca was completely renovated in 2021 with luxury modern amenities. The professionally decorated home boasts an open floor plan, gourmet kitchen, outside game room, bocce ball court and an expansive outdoor entertaining space, providing plenty of room for making memories with your family and friends! Enjoy your time at beautiful Casa Blanca.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

The home wasn’t as close to main street as we were hoping but over all our stay was great. We were looking to recharge after the Christmas chaos and we got to do just that. We would definitely recommend.

Great Time Overall

We enjoyed the rental. The amenities were great. We did have an initial problem with the management. We complained the oven didn't work. They texted a potential fix, but to no avail that didn't work either. I thought they would send someone over but since we were only there two days, I guess they believed it wasn't worth their time to mess with it until we left.

Wonderful!

We love this house. The location is wonderful. The decor and conveniences were very inviting. There was definitely allot of thought that went into the layout of the outdoor activities! It was my first time playing Bocce Ball, it was so much fun. We highly recommend this property for your perfect Fredericksburg trip!

Great house for a group of friends

Great house, good location, well stocked kitchen. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars on cleanliness is because the chair at the island had cake icing all in it and the shower near the hot tub was not clean. But overall, I would definitely recommend this property.

Gorgeous and very clean house! Spacious rooms and fun backyard with exterior game room & bathroom. We loved everything about the house and great location for all the attractions in Fredericksburg!

Great home not far from downtown. Very clean and roomy. Lots of fun outdoor activities. Only downside is that 3rd bath is outside the house. Otherwise a great stay.

Casa Blanca - Perfecto!

From the kitchen to the bathroom, the house had a everything you could need or want! Great functionality and perfect space for our group of 6. All the games provided added to the fun and the hot tub was such a great treat after wineries and shopping all day. The gourmet kitchen was fully stocked and made meal preparation a breeze! Great location. Close enough to Main Street but quiet and relaxing. Would highly recommend this property.

Unfortunately we were not able to use the third bathroom because it was locked. Everything was very nice.

Be Aware!

The property manager assured me all of the bathrooms were in the bedrooms. This is NOT the case! One bathroom is en-suite. One is completely outside! The other is between two bedrooms. When we arrived, there was hair in two of the beds. The house cleaner came to get more linens, and was extremely rude to everyone. The makeup towels in the bathrooms were dirty, and upon the house cleaners inspection, she told us it was just eyelash glue from a previous guests stay. (Which is still dirty). The house is wonderful, it’s just not as advertised. Backyard is great.

40th Bday trip

The owner was great. I had to shorten our trip by a day due to unforeseen circumstances and the owner was very understanding and worked with me. Check in was super simple and the house was gorgeous. Huge outdoor area and perfect location just minutes from Main street. will definitely be coming back.

Birthday Weekend

We had a wonderful weekend celebrating my 30th birthday! The outdoor space was amazing—we enjoyed playing Bocce Ball and sitting by the campfire. The house was exactly as described and perfect for the 6 of us! Such a beautiful property. It is a little far from Main Street, so we used Uber and it cost about $10 per ride but it wasn’t too bad. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely book again at Casa Blanca!
