Summary:

A beautiful modern retreat, Cava House has both comfort and style! This private, recently renovated 2 br/2 ba home sleeps four with luxurious king beds for a truly relaxing stay. With a full kitchen and outdoor grill you can stay in and whip up your own delicious meal to enjoy indoors or out! And you’ll love unwinding around the fire-pit, soaking your cares away in the hot tub or cowboy pool, and having fun on the miniature putting green! Managed by Heavenly Hosts



The Space:

Your stay will be a stress-free escape! Modern boho house with king bedroom beds, kitchen and a wonderful backyard with hot tub, cowboy pool, firepit, and mini golf game area. Just few minutes from Main Street.

- 2 full bathrooms; master bathroom ensuite with walk-in shower and 2nd bathroom in the hall with bathtub/shower combo

- Fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig

- Smart TV in the living room

- Private hot tub!

- Miniature putting green

- NEWLY added Cowboy Pool! (Note: this is a stock tank cowboy pool. It's not heated, it's like a mini-pool)

-The Cowboy Pool is unavailable from November through the end of February, as it remains winterized during the colder months. This timeline may change depending on cold temperatures in the Hill Country area.

- Note: there are 2 small steps going up from dining area to the kitchen.

We are a short drive to Main Street but we do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!

This property is NOT Pet friendly.



- The Cowboy Pool is unavailable from November through the end of February, as it remains winterized during the colder months. This timeline may change depending on cold temperatures in the Hill Country area.



- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.

Great for girl’s weekend!

This was a great place to stay. It was a group of 4 women looking for a quiet getaway. Well decorated, clean and spacious. The location was perfect and close to shops and restaurants, and just a 25 minute drive to Enchanted Rock. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

Stayed here for our annual girls trip. The location is great and easy to get to main street. The house is very cute and well maintained. We had everything that we needed. The keurig coffee maker stopped working while we were there but it was replaced within the hour which was great. We loved everything about the house and would book it again.

Wonderful place!

What a great property! We really loved our stay. Wonderfully decorated and very private. Great backyard. The location is great and you can walk to Main Street. This was the best stocked VRBO we have ever stayed in. It was very thoughtfully done. The cowboy pool is a huge plus and was awesome to relax in. We will be staying here again!

Cava House Fredericksburg

Really clean, well fitted and comfortable house. Hot tub was warm, and well maintained. Would not hesitate to rebook or recommend. If you are two couples, then this is a perfect house to rent and with easy access to Main Street. Book it !!

Hot tub enjoyment

The two steps up to kitchen from living room was not noticed on pictures. Curtains or blinds on living room and dining room windows would have been appreciated. Grab bars in both bathrooms would be helpful for seniors. Nice house and we enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed the Stay

This was a really good property to stay in and would have gotten a higher overall rating, but for a couple of things. The sheets on the master bed had not been washed. We had to take them to the laundromat the next day. Except for the bedrooms, there were no curtains or other window treatments. This was not a huge deal, except during a sunny afternoon the sun shining through the windows and front door was so bright as to be distracting. The hot tub did not come with any operating instructions. I managed to get it working by googling the manufacturer website. Even so, I don’t think it was completely operational as several Jets in the tub were not functioning at all. Maybe I was doing something wrong in getting it started but without instructions, I could not tell.
