Charm and convenience abound at this beautifully appointed 2 bed, 2 bath historic home! Guests can enjoy the very best of Texas hospitality, plus an unbeatable location, just 2 blocks from Main St. and all Downtown has to offer! Inside the home is one King bedroom, one Queen bedroom, and two full baths, making this space perfect for traveling friends or couples. The full kitchen is stocked with everything you will need, and features all new appliances, including a washer/dryer exclusively for guest use. Outside is a spacious, private backyard with a fire-pit and gas grill. This true Fredericksburg charmer is not to be missed!

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

We loved our stay at this adorable Fredericksburg cottage. It’s just a couple blocks off Main Street, so getting to shops and restaurants was easy, but the house still felt quiet and peaceful at night. The cottage was very clean and clearly well cared for, with a cozy, charming style (the front porch with the rocking chairs and red door is as cute as it looks in the photos). Beds and bathrooms were a great size, and the showers were a standout with plenty of hot water, great water pressure, and lots of space. Overall, it was comfortable, relaxing, and in a perfect location. We would happily stay here again.

Amazing home

Probably the best VRBO rental we've ever had. Clean, charming, great amenities. Everything was perfect! It was just the 2 of us, but the (small) home could have easily accommodated another couple or kids... 2 identical bed/bathrooms. Kitchen was well-equiped. We loved it and highly recommend. We will stay here again on our next visit to Fredricksburg.

Absolute Perfection!!

Location is great! Close to everything but still so serene with beautiful surroundings. Immaculate, historical farmhouse feel with all the modern amenities. The neighborhood was so peaceful, we enjoyed watching a couple deer graze and relax in the backyard! Communication, check in/out was great and super easy. Loved that we had no “chores” to complete before leaving. Definitely recommend!

Perfect for mother/daughter weekend

This house was exactly what we needed! Plenty of space for each of us in the common areas and the bedrooms were perfect for us. Location was great too. Close enough to everything on Main Street but a couple of blocks away from the traffic. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute House!

The house had everything we needed, nice big bathrooms with large showers, all the kitchen needs, and the perfect amount of room for me, my mom and sister. Although it wasn’t practical to walk to main, it was a very close/ short drive to the shops and restaurants.
