Inside the spacious, professionally decorated home, you'll find an ample living room with plenty of seating. The flat screen TV is outfitted with a Roku, so all your favorite apps for TV, music, and gaming are available during your stay. Also in the main living area is a full kitchen with all new appliances. The kitchen also features a breakfast nook and island counter seating, making this the perfect place for brunch with the family!
In addition, you will find three large bedrooms, all with king beds! The primary suite features an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower, while the other two bedrooms share the large hall bath. Each bedroom is outfitted with its own TV, as well as chic designer linens and plenty of modern flair! Guests will also have access to the laundry room, with full size machines exclusively for their use.
Outside is a xeriscape seating area with a fire-pit and grill, perfect for s'mores under the stars! The location and amenities of this home can't be beat. You won't want to miss the chance to experience Decor Haus!
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, and take caution while driving at night. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, spiders, scorpions, beetles, mice, or flies.
- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.
