Some rooms do need minor cosmetic upgrades which we are doing but our motel is a popular destination so scheduling is a bit behind. Due to a change in regulations, we are no longer permitted to offer full hot breakfast selections because our property does not have an incorporated restaurant. We do provide a Continental selection of danish, fruit, cereal, oatmeal and toaster pastry, OJ and milk and excellent coffee. but we strive to provide our guests with a clean, safe and comfortable stay. Most beds have a soft waterproof zipper enclosure casement but there are a few that have vinyl encasements. They have since been replaced. We hope to see you again!

Hello Andrew,I apologize if you did not enjoy your stay. Our linens and rooms are clean. I don't know what "white stuff" you are referring to. Breakfast is Continental and complimentary. That means it is provided without charge.. Your biggest complaint seems to be you wanted an even lower price than whatever you paid. Hello Nancy,There is a front desk person available 24 hours a day. However, we have a small staff and numerous duties so we do not keep a person sitting at the front desk all day. There is a call bell and someone will respond in less than 15 seconds when it is pushed. We do not feature a restaurant service. We provide a Continental breakfast of coffee, teas, hot coco, cereals and oatmeal, assorted pastry, juice, milk and fresh fruit. However, there is an excellent full service restaurant right next door for guests who prefer a, table service, sit-down menu.Regards,Mr. Ray

I'm sorry you had a problem with your booking but you made your reservations through a third party and only one reservation was actually booked.
