Fattoria Comanche assolutamente affascinante, vicino alla città, può ospitare fino a 14!

Abbiamo finalmente trovato il posto perfetto per una riunione di gruppo in un bed and breakfast in campagna in Texas ... Comanche Homestead! In questa terra tentacolare in cui Comanche un tempo si trovava in questa capanna di 6 camere da letto, perfetta per riunioni di famiglia, ritiri di scrapbooking, ospiti del matrimonio, lo chiami. Mentre la fattoria è ottima anche per una coppia, può ospitare 14 persone. Anche se si trova a solo un miglio da Main Street, ha sicuramente l'atmosfera del paese!
La cabina ha una grande tana al piano inferiore con una TV al plasma da 50 "con selezioni satellitari e divano letto aggiuntivo. Sotto la TV c'è un affascinante camino a legna di roccia ... e anche i proprietari che vivono sulla superficie vi forniranno legna da ardere. Apprezzerai anche la grande cucina completa, la zona pranzo e la lavanderia, rendendo Comanche Homestead il luogo perfetto per un soggiorno prolungato.
La camera da letto principale si trova anche al piano inferiore con un letto king size e TV LCD da 32 "aggiuntiva. Uno dei due bagni della casa si trova anche al piano inferiore e comprende una combinazione vasca / doccia. Al piano superiore troverete altre cinque camere da letto che includono altre due camere da letto che offrono letti king size, 2 camere da letto con letti queen size e una camera da letto finale con due letti singoli e letto a scomparsa, c'è anche un divano letto nel soggiorno.
All'esterno è possibile usufruire del vecchio barbecue a legna. Porta il gruppo e fai piani per una cena in famiglia! I gruppi apprezzano anche l'uso del garage per 3 auto adiacente alla cabina. Se hai intenzione di portare motociclette, rimorchi o altri oggetti ingombranti che devi parcheggiare, qui c'è sempre molto spazio! Puoi anche portare i tuoi cavalli con te e guidarli sui 100 acri di campo aperto e sulla splendida area del laghetto, il proprietario ha i suoi due castrone che gli piace cavalcare sulla proprietà. Divertiti a coccolare le caprette, cammina sulla superficie, siediti sulla veranda e fai un incantesimo o goditi un bel film.

We had a wonderful time! The kids had a great time feeding the goats and playing at the pond. There was planet of space for us to spread out and enjoy the beautiful weather and views!

This is a beautiful log cabin, very spacious, with all the amenities of a modern home. It is next door to the main street in Fredericksburg. The owners are very hospitable. There is a bunch of goats, including baby goats, a llama, and several ducks. The younger kids had a blast.

This was our third time to stay in this house. We love it! It is so nice to enjoy Fredericksburg shopping then escape the crowds in this country getaway right in town. Thanks for another fun weekend.

This was a beautiful country property with all the amenities a farm offers. We loved all the animals around us. Friendly cat, dogs, horses. There was a llama, ducks, goats. Huge land, access to a little stocked lake. Our group enjoyed the quiet country feel just as much as driving 3 minutes and getting to the town center. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay. We hope to return.

We were a group of bicycle riders who needed a place to stay during an event. While management company was not very accommodating (denied much needed early check in and failed to describe coffee maker available), owner lives next door and was able to respond instantly. Farm is nice with plenty of animals and gorgeous sunsets.

We really enjoyed the property and all the animals. The toilets definitely need attention hard to flush out. Also new bedspreads would definitely make it looked nicer. We loved it over all.

A nice location and property for a group gathering, however, this place needs some attention. One of the toilets didn't work and the other had issues as well. The TV had no internet connection and the owners were not able to fix the problem.

My daughter is 11 and absolutely loved her first stay in a log cabin. It’s is a charming home, and Maverick the dog is the perfect greeter. Kiddos really liked the outdoor swing and their rooms. We enjoyed seeing the goats in the field and being so close to downtown. The porch was our favorite place to enjoy morning coffee. Loved the rock inside of the home. We would have liked some regular coffee for the morning, but all that was available was decaf- so we had to run and get some. Carpet is older and not the cleanest, and the dishwasher was falling out. Overall this is a nice place for a large family or group to stay and outdoor area is charming as well.

Everything was great except we were told the coffee maker was a Keurig and that coffee would be provided. It was not a Keurig and the coffee provided was decaf. HEB is close enough to correct that so no real issue just a bit of constructive criticism! Would definitely rent this cabin again!

We loved the stay. It’s close enough to the main area but yet far enough that you felt you were completely away. Loved the visit from Maverick and snoopy, the pups, and the goats every morning and evening. We loved the fact we were close enough to the main drag that we could go get cleaned up before we went out to eat.

Nice rustic cabin with plenty of room for all 11 people without feeling cramped. The owners are super kind and even brought over a baby goat to let the kids feed it. The cabin is on their farm but only a mile or so from Main St which was awesome. Made it very easy to go out and shop or eat if we didn't want to stay in. Only two drawbacks -1. The cabin needs a deep clean by a professional with mold remediation in the bathrooms. 2. The cabin sits right next to, what I'm guessing, is the family's landscaping business. It's a bit of eyesore if you think you are going to be on sprawling country land. Not a big deal but not what was expected from the pictures. Overall we had a great time and accomadated the whole family for a good price.

We loved the house, and the area. Just about a mile from town but we were in the country away from everybody! We really loved the goats, horses and llama!! The house is so cozy. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our second time to rent this property. It is great. The kids enjoyed getting outside with all the animals. The house is great, beautiful setting and close to town. We had a great time. Thank you for sharing your great property. Hope to see you again soon

This property is just as described in the online listing. The location is great if you are looking for a bit of peaceful country under beautiful post oak trees with lots of outdoor living space not far from town. Inside was nice and cozy with plenty of comfortable beds and bedrooms. Would love to be a return guest.
