Four Eleven Guesthouse | Beautifully Decorated

Retreat to this high-end private studio just a short distance to Main St. This newly remodeled cottage features designer finish outs and stunning art work. After enjoying a day out in the Texas Hill Country enjoying all it has to offer, relax among the luxury yet cozy furnishings or enjoy a glass of wine on the private wrap around deck. The Four Eleven Guesthouse will sure to be your home away from home.

LOCATION - 8 blocks north of Main St.
HOSTS - Quiet, private home to yourselves, but the host lives onsite
SLEEPS - 2 people in a queen bed & 1 twin pull out sofa
BATH - 1 baths with a walk-in shower
KITCHEN - Kitchenette w/ a two burner stove, microwave, Keurig & traditional coffee maker. There is no dishwasher.
BREAKFAST - None; coffee & tea provided
AMENITIES - 50” Smart TV*, DVD player, WiFi, electric fireplace, washer/dryer, wrap around deck with seating

Super cute inside and nice and elegant bath w walk in shower. Cozy and quiet and kitchen well equipped. Queen vs King bed but it worked. Comfy couches to lounge, read or watch movie or sports.

Four Eleven Guesthouse is beautifully decorated and well-appointed with touches of local flair; however, there was no coffee for the Keurig. This disrupted our mornings, since we had to run out for coffee to bring back so we could sit on the patio or by the fireplace to enjoy. I am giving a 4.5 rating based on this and because it is a 30-minute walk to Main Street, listed as 8 blocks, which should be an average of 8- 15 minutes. If I had one suggestion for making our stay even better, it would be to provide robes and/or slippers. The bedding and towels were soft and plush, and we had a terrific night's sleep. As long as we planned accordingly and did not need closer access to Main street, we would happily stay here again.

Weekend getaway

It was wonderful to be able to relax and unwind in a very quiet area if Fredericksburg. 8 blocks away from main street. Owner was very hospitable and kind. Highly recommend and definitely a do again!

Beautiful place

This was a lovely place with all we needed for our two day stay in Fredericksburg. Super clean and very nicely decorated. The bathroom toiletries provided were from a local small batch shop in town. Quiet location but just a short drive to restaurants and shops.

First Time in Fredericksburg

Great little house. Very clean! Comfortable. Close to Main. Overall great experience. We did have to kill a roach in the bathroom, but it’s Texas and we’re used to it!

Charming weekend!

Arrived to find an easily accessible quaint cottage. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Nice off-street parking. Privacy and quiet. Quick access to downtown but far enough away for peaceful rest.

Weekend trip with wife

A great place to stay for couples. The house looked brand new and had everything we needed. The small patio was perfect to enjoy a relaxing evening. There is a convenience store a block away which was nice to be able grab snacks and drinks without having to drive. The home owner was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed.
