This was a perfect place for a little getaway. The house is designed for 6 easily but it was just us two. Slept great. I do tend to judge by the way i sleep. The bed was so comfortable, the pillows were great. The hot tub was perfect temp. We cooked. Everything you need is there.

Fredericksburg is a sweet magical little town and this house was perfect for us. We stayed with one other couple. The house was clean and the hot tub was perfect. The owner was fabulous. We had an issue with the fridge the first night and he had helped us solve the problem within minutes. I absolutely would stay here again and definitely recommend.

We loved this charming place. The kitchen was well stocked. Very clean A beautiful back yard and comfortable patio chairs.Location was great to get away from the busyness of town but close enough to enjoy when you want to be a part of the shopping, wineries and restaurants. This was our first trip to Fredericksburg and we really enjoyed it. The hill country is beautiful! We enjoyed Enchanted Rock park, hiking the trails and climbing to the top. We also enjoyed Cross Mountain with its beautiful views. The Museum of the Pacific War was amazing. I highly recommend a visit to this incredible museum. We were there about 5 hours and still didn’t see everything. The vrbo was exactly like it is pictured. Very nicely appointed and everything worked. The back porch was very relaxing and the hot tub was amazing!

We went on a girls trip and this place was perfect we could go into town and shop and eat and come home and chill in the hot tub. Bathrooms are great the tubs are huge, great water pressure, large beds and very comfortable. Love the privacy of the property as well. Would stay here again!

This place was great for our group attending a wedding. The beds are new and super comfortable. The rooms bright and comfortable and everything is new. We visited friends at their VRBO that was an older house and the difference was striking- this place is the best.
