It's designed for couples, families, and wine-country weekend getaways, with easy access to 50+ wineries on the 290 Wine Trail and sleeps up to 6 guests.

Outdoor Living
Relax outdoors in your private backyard and enjoy quiet mornings or evening stargazing on the private patio. Soak in the private hot tub, grill, or unwind after a day of wine tasting and downtown exploring. Guests also have access to the community pool within Mariposa Ranch which is a short walk through the backyard and common area (~150 yards away)

Kitchen & Living Area
The fully renovated kitchen is equipped with quartz countertops, updated appliances, fully stocked Keurig drip and K-cup coffee bar and everything you need to prepare meals at home. It opens into a bright living space with soaring vaulted ceilings and large windows, creating an inviting place to gather for dinner, games, or a relaxing movie night.

• This home is dog-friendly; please review the house rules before bringing pets.
• The home includes a washer and dryer, making it easy to handle longer stays.
• The open loft and two-bedroom layout make the home a comfortable option for small groups and, where it fits your party, family/kid-friendly stays.
• The property is ideally located for Fredericksburg Main Street, the 290 Wine Trail, and nearby Hill Country attractions.
• Please respect community quiet hours and posted pool rules so everyone can enjoy a peaceful stay.

We schedule routine hot tub maintenance once a week, typically on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Service usually takes about 15 minutes, and the hot tub is ready to enjoy immediately afterward.

Dog Policy:
Please let us know before your stay so we can prepare for your four-legged family members.
• A $100 fee applies per stay, limit 2 dogs. Service animals are exempt.
• Maximum of two dogs, 50 lbs. or less, each. (Large dogs are not permitted)
• Dogs may not be left unattended or allowed on furniture.
• If you plan to leave your dog alone for a short period, they must be safely crated. Two large dog crates are available for guests to use.
• Dogs should be leashed when outdoors, clean up all waste, and minimize excessive barking.
• The property is not fenced, and wildlife is common in the area.
