In Town Villas- Suite 4 | Private Hot Tub & 2 Fireplaces

LOCATION - On Austin St. in the heart of the Historic District
HOST - No host on property. There are 3 other suites on the property that may be occupied during your stay.
SLEEPS - Sleeps 2 in a King Bed
BATH - Large walk-in shower.
KITCHEN - Full kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, and Keurig
BREAKFAST - No breakfast but coffee and teas are provided
AMENITIES - 65" Smart TV*, WiFi, gas fireplace in suite, private courtyard with a hot tub, fireplace (not currently working), & outdoor seating, common/shared onsite gym with elliptical, treadmill, recumbent bike, weight machine and free weights, walking distance to shops, restaurants, tasting rooms, art galleries & museums

*Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their own accounts.

*The property includes off-street parking spots but be aware that they are limited and only available on a first-come, first-served basis.*

The outdoor fireplace is not currently working.

House Rules as Required by the City of Fredericksburg's Short Term Rental Ordinance
- Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). No music of any kind after 10 pm.
- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.
- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
- Place all trash in designated containers.

Super clean location and everything was about as perfect as it comes. Hot tub was great and the shower was super nice. Location to Main Street was a huge plus and dinner at Martini’s was a 2 minute walk. Wife and I loved it.

We enjoyed our stay! Loved how close it was to town and the patio area with hot tub was so relaxing. Bed was comfortable and had plenty of blankets for the wonderful low temperature weather. We loved it!

Great location but some improvements needed

The location is amazing and the room is well appointed. Our concerns were that 1) the hot tub had an assisted opening device that was broken 2) the curtain rod was broken. 3( the sunshade was broken. 4) the tv remotes were hard to find and had no batteries installed nor were there any onsite

Nice Getaway

The location is very convenient to the Main Street. The hot tub is nice and very clean. The layout of the space is well thought out. The multi-head shower area is refreshing (the main showerhead needs to be aligned). The WiFi was spotty causing buffering when watching TV.

Property was clean, convenient, and lovely to stay in. Easy to access all downtown Fredricksburg. Nice walk to anywhere. Weather was awesome, which was a big plus, when enjoying the patio area. Everything was as advertised.

Overnight in Fredericksburg!

Wife had I had an opportunity to get away for a short overnight from the kids. Place was walkable to shops and food. Location was PRIME! Place itself was modern, clean, and nice.

Location with luxury

Great cozy getaway

Very clean and well appointed, the location was perfect, and everything was just as advertised. The bed was comfy, the fireplaces were great for ambiance, the hot tub was clean and relaxing, and the shower was 6 nozzles-worth of awesome. Would recommend to all!
