A premier Texas Hill Country experience awaits you at this beautiful 140-acre Pedernales Riverfront property located 1-mile from lively, historic downtown Fredericksburg. Looking for the perfect spot to spend your time in Fredericksburg? Come and stay in one of our cozy tiny homes; each one has its own unique style and layout. Tiny but spacious describes the home's interior. Each has a comfortable place to sit and relax and either a full kitchen or kitchenette (microwave & Refrigerator only) for making a delicious snack or meal. Outside you have your own private patio to take in the stunning sunset while sipping on a glass of wine. What are you waiting for? Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Happy Guest is web-based and user-friendly, with all the info about the house and local spots. What an amazing and magical place this is. My fiancé said she wished we never had to leave and I agree with her. Each cabin is unique and decorated with flair and care, making every stay an adventure. The only negative thing I can say is the place is so nice, you might never visit the local area, choosing, instead, to stay in your cabin!

The property managers are amazing people who go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant and easy. The personal touch and communication was above reproach. Honestly blown away with how well we were treated. Thank you for our stay. Beautiful and tranquil. Wife was extremely happy ;)

3 night stay with wife..no kiddos

Cute and cozy cabin and perfect location for the 290 wineries. Beds were comfy and A/Cs worked well. The onsite winery is quite nice as well. Note: The pool on the property is not for swimming so don't count on cooling off in it. Also the shower has pretty low pressure. Overall we loved our stay and will return.

Just what we needed for our conference nearby

I booked a stay here because it was near a farm conference I was attending. It was only 8 minutes away, so it was super convenient. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable and the grounds are kept up nicely. Just remember to read the description very carefully. There are no kitchen utensils, pots and pans, etc. You will need to plan on eating out a lot, or bringing your kitchen with you. I would stay here again.

Fun and cute little house. Had a great time. Beautiful property with an amazing tasting room.

We had a lot of fun in our "tiny house". The property is beautiful with tons of manicured oak trees. There is still some construction in progress but that didn't bother our experience. Check out the amazing tasting room/event center at the back of the property on the edge of the Pedernales River. Simply amazing and within walking distance. Had a little hickup with our hot water but the property manager was Johnny-on-the-spot and very accomodating.

We stayed in the Grande II. Very much a beach vibe. It inspired my husband and I to invest in a tiny home. Clean and 5 min drive from downtown.

Fredericksburg Wine Weekend

My 3 girlfriends and I stayed at this cute property for one night and it was a great property! Adorably decorated with great finished and comfortable beds. Good location close to town as well. Plan to return with my husband and stay here! One tip would be to put a hot tub or at least a fire pit on the patio.

Cutest cottage on the most beautiful property!

Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect! So clean, cute, & quiet! The property is gorgeous & the Edge is just breathtaking! In the middle of town & vineyards…the best of both worlds! The wine was amazing too! We can’t wait to come back, enjoy the views, & see all there is to come!
