My Little House | Hot Tub | Shared Pool

The 2 Wee Cottages are located in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Fredericksburg, Texas in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Giant Pecan trees are the backdrop for two independent guest cottages that offer seclusion, serenity and a wonderful haven to relax, refresh and enjoy a much-needed respite from hectic lives. Each cottage has all of the comforts of home plus a wonderful screened in porch on each cottage complete with a private hot tub. With the new addition of the shared plunge pool, 2 Wee Cottages is the perfect place for a peaceful couple's retreat!

My Little House
LOCATION - 7 blocks north of Main on a quiet street in the Historic District
HOSTS - Your host lives on the property in her own home, but guarantees complete privacy. She is available for you if needed. Also, in addition to your cottage, there is another cottage on the property that is a short distance from yours but each cottage has its own private entrance.
SLEEPS - 2 people in a king bed.
BATH - Private bath with a shower.
KITCHEN - Kitchenette with a regular coffeemaker
BREAKFAST - No breakfast. Coffee and tea provided.
AMENITIES - Cable TV, WiFi, private screened in porch with private hot tub, pool (shared with both cottages), charcoal grill (charcoal provided), pond with fish, fountains, shared chimenea, private off-street parking, short distance to shopping, restaurants and wineries, 55” flat screen TV, private front porch

House Rules as Required by the City of Fredericksburg's Short Term Rental Ordinance
- Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). No music of any kind after 10 pm.
- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.
- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
- Place all trash in designated containers.

Great place and a great location! Bed is super comfortable and space was very clean. Even though there were others around, we still had our privacy. We really enjoyed the hot tub. Very close drive to main. Would definitely stay again!

I was surprised it was not pet friendly but the owner had a dog that used the restroom in the direct path of the cottage. Also advertised to have dvds but there was no dvd player. The tv had minimal channels and we could not screen mirror our phones because it is not a smart tv.

Cute bungalow

Property was nice with a cute pool. Kitchen had everything needed. Bedding was so comfortable with nice quality sheets. WiFi was spotty, toilets and showers are in a small space but doable. The VRBO hosts were very responsive and even moved us to the other house when WiFi didn’t connect.

Two Little Cottages

Property was very nice and peaceful. Just a short drive to Main Street in Fredericksburg making it an ideal place to stay. Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip there!

Cute little cottage with a hot tub!

Over-all, this little cottage has good charm and a nice hot tub. The location is outstanding. It's in a quiet neighborhood of historic homes. It's also nicely located just a 15 minute walk from downtown Fredericksburg (my wife and I prefer walking to dealing with traffic). The only "negative" was that the wifi was sporadic. We will definitely rent this property again!

A serene little slice of heaven!

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at the Wee Little Cottage in Fredericksburg! I have to say, I've only been in three rental properties but this place was CLEAN. I mean spotless ya'll. The bed was so cozy, soft and freshly cleaned sheets. My second favorite part was the hot tub, incredibly clean and well maintained. It was set at the perfect temperature! My first favorite thing being something that was not mentioned on the listing.. that there are two precious cats that lounge around the area! The host was so friendly, they go above and beyond to make your experience a joyful and loving one. All in all, 10/10 stay. I already am planning to go back if not next month then early next year for sure! Thank you so much for a wonderful time. :)

Perfect relaxing environment with all of the amenities to make you not want to leave. Shared pool, private hot tub, wine glasses, coffee maker with all of the supplies, and one of the most comfortable beds ever! Would definitely choose the property again!

Great Location

The location was perfect, close to everything and quiet area. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure for the shower was excellent. It had almost everything we needed. We only wished there was a dresser or somewhere to put up our folded clothes and a few extra hangers in the armoire would have been great other than that lovely little place. 2 Wee Cottages stay

Loved the property and layout. The private hot tub was great! Streaming cable was the only thing that could have been better. Had trouble watching the Cowboy's game.
