Welcome to Cherry Pond where the views cannot be beat! Spectacular views from this amazing front porch will absolutely take your worries and cares away!! Wake up to a glorious sunrise while sitting on this beautiful porch. This home has a beautiful pond outdoor + fire pit, & fully equipped with a spacious kitchen! This place is magical for those who value nature and a gorgeous view! A private home overlooking this amazing view! Managed by Heavenly Hosts



The Space:

This is such a romantic and private cabin! Professionally designed and decorated making comfort the ultimate priority.



- Sleeps 4 guests!

- Spacious bedroom with 1 king size bed + 1 full bathroom with bathtub/shower combo

- Living room has a queen sleeper sofa

- Full kitchen with Keurig!

- Washer/Dryer available!

- Outdoor fire pit is wood burning, please BYO firewood

- BBQ Grill available, please BYO charcoal

- Hot tub!



BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, Effective Monday, February 2, 2026: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking.

As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please allow all hot coals to cool completely inside the grill before disposing of them. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. If it is discovered that the fire pits/chimineas/outdoor fireplaces were used or wood was burned during your stay, a fine starting at $100 will be applied. This is a serious fire safety issue, and we kindly ask that you comply with all city-mandated regulations. Thank you for your understanding!



*Please know there is a 2nd unit next to Cherry Pond, they are rented separately. If you want to inquire about renting both units, please feel free to reach out.

** Be careful when on property. DUE TO POSSIBLE HUNTING, WILDLIFE, INSECTS, AND CATTLE around the area. It's Texas, be mindful of your surroundings, but enjoy the view and property respectfully. **



- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.



*Please understand that property is in the country side of the town. Wifi is great but if at any time it goes out due to weather please know that the home owners are not near and you will be asked to reset wifi router.*

Camera 2) mounted on the side of the Cherry Pond house. This camera monitors the parking spots on that side of the house.

Cherry Pond

This place is awesome! Clean, quiet and so relaxing. The hot tub under the stars is absolutely amazing! I’m glad we decided to stay out of town and away from the noise and crowds.
