Se la pace, la solitudine e lo splendido relax sono ciò che brami, questo è il posto giusto! Riverside Retreat è una splendida cabina situata a Stonewall, in Texas, a 14 miglia di auto da Fredericksburg. Questa splendida cabina con 2 camere da letto e 5 bagni è situata lungo il fiume Pedernales e offre tutti i comfort di casa; tra cui una cucina completa, 3 TV (50 "nel soggiorno, 40" nelle camere da letto) canali satellitari e WiFi. La camera da letto principale al piano inferiore presenta un letto king size e un bagno interno con cabina doccia. La seconda camera da letto al piano superiore ha un letto full size e bagno en-suite con una combinazione vasca / doccia. Il soppalco al piano superiore offre un comodo futon per 2 persone (si prega di notare che il soppalco al piano superiore è accessibile solo attraverso la camera da letto). This cabin is the perfect location for relaxation next to the river! It was very cozy and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything you would need even a beautiful fresh flower arrangement! The screened in porch, fire pit and hot tub were a bonus! Kayaks and fishing poles were also provided.

The house was fantastic. It was decorated perfectly with some of the coolest touches, especially the table/bar in the kitchen area. Everything was very clean and worked as expected. Outside was peaceful, scenic, well-kept and enjoyable. We didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub and porch as much as we would have liked due to 95* August temps but we loved it nonetheless! The kitchen comes stocked with a Keurig machine plus an assortment of K-Cups and creamers in the cabinet. There is also a traditional coffee pot in the pantry should you prefer that style. WiFi worked great. Living room furniture was comfortable and all the TVs were smart TV which made it nice to be able to login to our streaming services. The master bath is stocked with towels and plentiful supply of toiletries should you forget anything.We really enjoyed the house overall. If you are looking to stay outside of town to enjoy the peace and quiet, this is a prime spot. It’s about 15 min from town. We highly recommend visiting Burgs Corner just 2 min away for fresh produce, a wide variety of preserves, sauces, etc. and most importantly their FRESH “Peach Crisp” ice cream! Make sure you have it topped with fresh peach purée as well! Amazing!

Beautiful Home and Setting

The Riverside Retreat is so comfortable, accommodating, and beautiful. It was completely refurbished inside, and everything was beautiful, easy to use, clean, and comfortable. The screened porch was the best, and we enjoyed quality time sitting by the river (which was running at the time) in a peaceful, refreshing setting. Our only (slight) challenge was finding the location in the dark.

Two couples spent a two nights at this great riverside property. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, plus there's another half bath external to the bedrooms. Lovely house

This house has such charm in addition to the water with fishing and kayaks. Close to great wineries and restaurants. We went for a wedding at Featherstone ranch and it was a quick 9 min drive.

Beautiful Retreat

We had an amazing time in this beautiful house on the river. All the amenities made it so relaxing. We enjoyed the river, wildlife, the screened porch, hot tub, & fire pit. The kitchen was stocked with cookware and dishes and made it great to have our own meals. Everything was very clean except for the dishes. There was food residue on many of the plates and silverware but we were provided with dish soap and sponges so we just washed things before use. We are hoping to visit again. Overall, a wonderful place.

Excellent riverside retreat

The property is excellent, as listed. This was one of our best vacations. The property is superbly located on the banks of river Pedernales, just half a mile upstream of the road crossing/dam. This means that the water in the river was high enough to kayak! Thanks to the kayaks provided by the owner, our kids enjoyed the activity thoroughly. This was the most enjoyable aspect of this property. We did not try tubing since the water was cold. The fire pit, the hammock, and the vast open space made this stay magical. We also loved to observe the groups of turtles sunbathing and the deer family visiting the banks on the other side early in the morning. The Thai restaurant, the Venezuelan chocolatery, and the Italian creamery just a mile away were fantastic. it is a short drive from Fredericksburg (15 min), Enchanted Rock (35 mins). We enjoyed the Pacific War museum a lot. We plan to visit sometime soon. Next time, we would love to cover LBJ state park and museum, and Pedernales park. Finally, the house is very tastefully decorated. Beautiful house!
