The Space:

This historic home has been recently remodeled into 3 studio style suites to accommodate individuals looking for an affordable place to stay that is within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and festivals. All suites have a private hot tub and private entrance. Please note that there are separate suites on the property that might be occupied during your visit. Professionally cleaned and sanitized after each reservation!



- Mini Fridge, Microwave and coffee maker, coffee cups and wine glasses provided!

BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, effective October 14, 2025 at 5:00 PM.: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking.

As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. Thank you for your understanding!

Studio #1 is in the front of the home with access to private parking, private hot tub area and has private entrance.

Located in downtown area. Walking distance to the heart of Fredericksburg but still located in a residential neighborhood.



Getting Around:

You are a very short walk to Main Street! If you would like to visit the wineries, we do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!

This property is not suitable for children/infants.

This property is not pet friendly.



- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
