Welcome to the Treehouse, a modern ranch-style guesthouse with spectacular Hill Country views. Located on Jumping Goat Ranch, this newly built, private 1br/1ba is truly a retreat to relax and reconnect. Built around one of the many amazing trees on the property, you'll enjoy gorgeous views on the porch under its canopy of leaves.
Curl up in the cozy reading nook where you can soak in the fantastic views from the picture window, relax in the private hot tub, and lounge in the luxurious king-size bed. All a quick 15 minutes from Fredericksburg’s historic Main St and 10 minutes to award-winning wineries. Hosted by Porch Light Hospitality.

Check-in at 4 PM, Check out at 11 AM (early check-in available for a fee on request). Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. No pets and no smoking in the unit.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the Angora house, private hot tub and fire pit area. There is parking available outside your unit for up to 2 cars.
Getting Around:

Other Things to Note:
We have Pest control schedule quarterly but due the house being outside in the hill country, you may have several encounters with the critters during your stay.
