“This was our first trip to stay at this very nice hotel. I am a hotel snob and I was very pleased. The only thing missing from our room was a microwave. Just a small one would be so nice. If I had to say there was anything that I disliked, it would be that we kept blowing fuses in the room .The shower is beautiful but there’s not enough pressure to get soap out of your hair if you have long hair very quickly. “We couldn’t check into our room till an hour and a half after check-in time because the rooms weren’t cleaned. We arrived at 3:05 and initially were told it would be about a half an hour. Came back at 4 o’clock and was told they still weren’t ready. They were finally ready at 4:30. Then they wanted me to blindly sign an electronic pad to authorize the charges, even though I had prepaid the charges through Expedia. “Location was great. Service was decent I have a couple suggestions. Make sure every guest has a parking space when you pay to stay at a hotel motel whatever the case is there should be parking for those who paid to stay there. I just had foot surgery and couldn’t walk but so far that’s why I chose a motel instead of a hotel. That only has one floor. Second make sure to thaw your mini fridges before quest arrive. I had to keep towels around it because it was leaking water from where the freezer...

“The room was not clean”

“The pictures they use to describe the outside property are very different from what it actually looks like. They included the golf courses that belong to the property in the rear. They also stood on the beach and took pictures of the building in the background.There is no lush landscape at the property just concrete. The woods hides the road but there is no grass area or anything just a cross walk to the beach which is across the road. Elevator was broken so only one working and staff are using...
