“Nice place parking kinda sucks feels like going to a packed shopping center. AC was kinda loud. Only had couple instances of loud people making noise but overall nice place.”

“The folks at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The first morning room service did not come. The second morning they did come. Breakfast was decent. All in all solid but not spectacular.”

“The pillows were so flimsy, I basically got no sleep. The air vents were insanely loud when the AC ran which kept us up too. We had a handicap room, which should have been reserved for someone who was handicap. But the bathroom sink faucet was so close to the counter, water got all over the counter when we used it. It also stunk like weed on our entire floor. Which causes us to get headaches.”

“I appreciated that our lovely room had an outdoor veranda style seating area directly on the parking lot (which was very quiet & remote across from a country field). This allowed me to drove within a foot of the room entrance which was perfect for my handicapped mother who joined me since she can barely walk. Nice, relaxing stay! ”

“This is the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. I traveled 5 hours and on my way there, they tried charging my credit card before I even checked in. When I arrived I was told that since my card was declined and I did not check in by 9 pm (which the check-in details had no cut off time for check-in) that they canceled my room and that they did not have a room for me. This left me and my children 5 hours from home with no where to stay! The woman at the desk was so unprofessional and...

“It’s an older hotel but well maintained. The hot tub wasn’t working when we stayed and the gym was so small that it was uncomfortable with more than two people. Also, the restaurant menu left a lot to be desired but the staff were very friendly and helpful.”
