Every day of your stay includes a complimentary beach cabana and chair setup. This pet-friendly home is perfect for families, boasting an elevator, a fabulous wraparound deck, and exclusive access to the resort-style amenities of Seahorse Estates.

THE SPACE
This beautifully updated home combines modern convenience with coastal charm, featuring an internal elevator for easy access.

LIVING AREA
The open-concept living space is lined with picturesque windows, flooding the room with natural light and ocean views. Unwind after a day at the beach on the large, comfortable reclining sectional couch and watch a movie with the family.

KITCHEN & DINING
Designed for entertaining, the fully stocked kitchen is a host's delight. It features all-new stainless steel appliances, including two refrigerator/freezers and a double oven. Coffee aficionados will love the choice of three different coffee makers. The extra-large island offers seating for five, while the main dining table seats eight.

BEDROOMS & BATHS (Sleeps 16)
This home comfortably accommodates multiple families or groups with its versatile layout.
Bedroom 1 (Primary): King Bed with an en-suite bathroom featuring a soothing jetted tub and a large walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: King Bed.
Bedroom 3: Two Queen Beds.
Bedroom 4: Two Queen Beds.
Additional Sleeping: One Twin Bed and one Twin Sofa Bed.
The home has a total of 4 full bathrooms.
Pack-n-plays and high chairs are available upon request for our youngest guests.

OUTDOOR SPACES & GROUND LEVEL
The magnificent, fully-furnished wraparound covered deck is the star of the show, offering a perfect spot to relax in the shade and enjoy the ocean breeze. The ground level features a finished patio with a propane grill, outdoor seating, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES
As a guest of Seahorse Estates, you have access to incredible community features:
Private, ADA-accessible beach walkover.
Lit fishing pier and a separate crabbing pier on the bay.
Community kayak launch.
A brand-new oceanfront entertainment pavilion with picnic tables and a variety of games (bocce ball, shuffleboard, cornhole, putt-putt).

INCLUDED WITH YOUR STAY
Complimentary Daily Beach Service: One cabana and 6 chairs set up on the beach each full day of your stay (excludes check-in/out days).
Linens & Towels: All beds made prior to arrival, plus bath and beach towels.
Free Fiber Optic Wi-Fi.
Starter Supplies: A starter pack including paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, toilet paper, and travel-sized toiletries.
Beach Gear: Access to 2 boogie boards, sand toys, a cooler, and a wagon.
Parking: Private driveway parking for up to 8 vehicles.

ABOUT YOUR HOSTS
We are the family-owned developers of Seahorse Estates and live on-site. Our property management team is available daily to handle any requests, offer local recommendations, or assist with planning to make your vacation seamless and special.

HOUSE RULES & POLICIES
Leaseholder must be 25+ years old.
No Smoking inside the property.
Pets: Up to 2 dogs (max 50 lbs each) are welcome with prior approval and a non-refundable fee of $125 per dog.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Special Events: Subject to prior approval and additional fees.
Parking: All vehicles must be registered and display a parking pass. Please do not park on the grass.

Wonderful Home

This rental was the perfect spot for our family that was gathered for a wedding. The home met all our needs and more. The hosts were amazing. Our favorite part was the cabana set up on the beach so we could enjoy the warm water and waves! Look forward to booking again in the future.
