Your ultimate Gulf Coast getaway is waiting here at this 3-bed, 2-bath Surfside Beach house with room for 8. With a front sprawling deck and a viewing deck in the back, the sound of the ocean in the background, water views, and beach access just a short walk away, you'll be relaxing in no time.

We are located with just a minute walk and even less drive to the beach. This well-equipped home puts you within close range of Surfside's family-friendly attractions.

Inside, you'll be welcomed by a light and bright open floor plan filled with beautiful furnishings and décor. Modern amenities and thoughtful details will make you feel right at home. With two oversize couches, a large 55" LCD TV , the living room is the place to relax after some fun in the sun. High-speed Wi-fi is included for streaming. HD TVs are in the 2 of the bedrooms. Each TV is equiped with a Roku system to handle all of your streaming needs. Just off the living room is the open kitchen, featuring granite countertops and lots of cabinets. Enjoy meals at our oversized table for 8 with additional seating at the granite island counter for 3. Drink a nice tall glass of water from our drinking spout. We have a water softener and purifier and the water is delicious!

Space includes a master bedroom and second bedroom with queen-size beds, and a third bedroom with 2 bunk beds, so there's plenty of room for everyone. The master has a private bathroom with a shower, and the main bathroom includes a tub.

Outside, you'll find a patio set for 6 on the main deck perfect for eating outside or just enjoying the sun and breeze. On the ground floor, there's a cheery picnic table for you to sit down and relax, an outdoor shower, and a grassy lawn the kids can play in. A full-size washer and dryer will help keep packing light.

There's a reason people have come to Surfside Beach over and over again for years. Fish off the Surfside Jetties, collect seashell treasures, explore the Brazoria National Wildlife Refuge, or stroll the four miles of unspoiled shoreline – all just minutes from your doorstep. Check out the crabbing pier at Stahlman Park, a 15-minute walk from the house, and grab a bite and a cocktail at one of the eight delicious eateries nearby. Whether it's a family vacation, corporate retreat, or small get-together with friends that brings you to Surfside, the laid-back and friendly beach community will welcome you with open arms.

PETS: Up to two dogs or cats are allowed by pre-approval only for an additional charge. Limit two total.

*Pets are $150 per pet.
The Pet Fee must be paid prior to check-in or your pet will not be allowed on the property.
*Your pet should be friendly and house trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed.
*Your pet must be supervised by you at all times or crated in the room if left alone.
*Any pet that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately.
*You will be charged for any damage caused by your pet
*Limit of two pets.
*Due to insurance reasons, only non-aggressive dog breeds will be permitted.
*Must observe all city ordinances and beach guidelines.
*All vaccinations must be current.

Please note that this is a Short Term Rental. A $95 fee for accidental insurance coverage for up to $5,000 in accidental damage will be added to all rentals.
