ON THE ROCKS-LUXURY OCEAN FRONT WITH OUTSTANDING UNOBSTRUCTED VIEWS

She's done! We are doing the finishing touches between wine glasses, the elevator is installed, the hot tub just showed up, and the wifi is on! Most importantly the 75" TV and fireplace are installed! On The Rocks is a Brand New Luxury Ocean Front custom property with 5 bedrooms and four and half baths. The house is an upside down design with the kitchen, living, dining, half bath and one master bedroom (with on-suite) on the top level. First level has four bedrooms and 3 full baths. Three of the bedrooms are on-suites creating 3 master suites. Our goal is provide a self-contained resort type vacation with endless views and proximity to the beach. The house boosts a beautiful modern design with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The first deck has a 7 person hot tub over looking the Gulf of Mexico. The 1st deck is 1080 square feet, the 2nd deck is 980 square feet with one side uncovered for sun bathing above it all. Each bathroom is designed to have the Spa feel and feel of luxury, marble counter tops and thoughtfully selected tiles and colors to help you relax and enjoy a bath. Our yard is fenced so our our legged friends can run and explore and enjoy their vacation as well. Our house is situated next to the rocks at Treasure Island which has the most relaxing sounds of waves splashing in the rocks. It's truly a great vacation location. As a builder and having adjusted houses for multi-family rentals this house is second to none.

Great Fishing & Lovely Beach Access

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The fishing in front of the house was incredible (thanks to the green light) and the beach location was lovely. We had trouble with the WiFi connection, but otherwise no complaints. Definitely a place we would stay again!

Bday Weekend

Celebrating my husband's 60th with friends and family. The house was very nice, moderna and clean. Linens and towels were clean as well. The A/C was on when we came in the house, so it was nice and cool. The location is great, and ocean views were great from the inside of the house as well (like looking out from the deck of a cruise ship). The hot tub was clean and relaxing. Our overnight guests were impressed loved their stay. It was easy and enjoyable communicating with the owner Paul, and it was a pleasure meeting Debbie the property manager. There were a couple of minor things that needed attention, but both were very responsive and took care of our requests promptly. The only thing I would change is the trash situation. The streets are narrow, and I realize a garbage truck cannot come through the streets. I would suggest though having a large trash can on the property and the responsibility of taking trash to dumpster to cleaning service; but it isn't a deal breaker, and I would rent home again when in need of a beach rental this size. Overall, I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a beach rental that is high end without being overly priced.

beautiful house and location

we booked this property based on an elevator and hot tub, neither of which worked and wasnt told about it in advance. i walk with a care due to severe arthritis and managing those steps was very difficult.

Great Trip

We are an older group 74-83. House was layed out prefect for our needs. Owner was very helpful with our TV problem. We found the remote for the lift and put a new battery in it but still did not work. Suggest Maintenace on the lift. Fun trip.

Fantastic Getaway

This is a beautiful house with breathtaking views and all the amenities. The house is on the rocks, but there's plenty of sandy area in front of that when the tide is out, or the sandy beach is just a short walk away. (Even the 3 year old in our group walked over there without complaints.) It was nice and quiet, not crowded at at all. We loved the fishing, the beach, well stocked kitchen, fluffy towels, plenty of hot water, and gas grill. The wifi was steady for anyone who needed to work. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic Place

This place is beautiful and just right for our family. Kitchen was stocked with everything you will need. Great soft beds and luxurious towels. Very clean, and the great record collection was so fun for our family. We have stayed in two other places at Treasure Island and this place was by far our favorite. There was an issue with the hot tub we were not aware of, but everything else was just as the host said it would be. We hope to be able to visit again!

Family had a blast, nice location on the water and short walk to sandy beach. We enjoyed the sounds of the gulf and the sounds of the record player and collection of unusual vinyls. The lift was useful.

Summer Breeze

Sitting on the third floor deck, feeling a cool breeze and no summer heat or humidity, and watching the sunlight and moonlight dance across the waves was an absolute delight. We enjoyed the spacious living quarters and areas to gather. The air conditioner worked perfectly; we were very comfortable. The "elevator" was not what we expected. We wish there had been some food covering (foil, plastic wrap, etc.) and a better skillet.

Adventure on the Coast

We loved this property. The house was clean and well built. It really had everything we needed. We had a large group of 12 stay there. We rode out Tropical Storm Alberto and the house held up really well. We never lost power or water. We did very well catching Speckled Trout right in front of the house in the green light the owner has mounted on the house. We all agreed we would definitely stay here again.

Great Thanksgiving Week!

Thank you for a wonderful stay at On The Rocks for the Thanksgiving week. The view from the deck was amazing and we saw dolphins in the water almost every day! The lift is very helpful for heavy items and worked well. The rooms are all very comfortable as is the lounge and dining room. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. We had a great time!

Amazing House!

We love the location! Away from the busy parts of the island. Home is beautiful inside and outside. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms clean and kitchen is amazing! Tons of space and plenty of pots/pans/utensils. Has everything you need! The views are gorgeous! We enjoyed the hot tub too! Huge plus! It’s the perfect getaway beach house. We even saw Dolphins one morning! Check in and out was seamless! We can’t wait to book another trip! Bring your beach towels and equipment, the beach is a short walk away (about 5 minutes) and not crowded! We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Beautiful Property

We do an annual trip to Galveston and this was our second time to stay at "On The Rocks." The property is amazing and the views are breathtaking. The property is clean and the beds are cozy. Paul is super responsive and so easy to work with. We are already looking forward to returning next year.

Fantastic stay at a beautiful beach home. Kitchen was amazing with its spectacular view of the gulf. Constant gulf breeze blowing and a short walk to the beach. While relaxing on the deck we saw a pod of dolphins. It was awesome. Did not want to leave. Memories made.

Great house and excellent location

This property was exactly as advertised. The house was gorgeous. The views from the 2 decks were amazing. You can sit outside and hear the waves crashing on the rocks and then walk just a couple blocks to swim and play on the beach. Our group included children age 4 to 17, young adults, parents and grandparents. No complaints from anyone.

Awesome experience

We had a wonderful time . Very nice beach house. Paul, our host was very prompt to answer our questions before the stay. While we were there, Deborah (property manager) was very helpful and came to make sure everything was ok. The crabbing experience was awesome. We definitely will stay there again.
