We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their vacation. We are not on-site, but we are always available to answer any questions or address any concerns via the messaging app. Our goal is to ensure you have a seamless and wonderful stay.

Guests will have full and private access to the entire property. Check-in is simple and secure with our smart lock system, allowing you to start your vacation without delay.

• All private outdoor spaces, including the upstairs deck and ground-level patio

• Each bedroom includes a closet and extra pillows and blankets for a restful night's sleep.

- Upstairs Deck: An expansive, bay-facing deck featuring comfortable lounge seating, an outdoor sofa, a picnic table, a fire pit, and a BBQ grill.
- Ground-Level Patio: A shaded area with another picnic table, an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach, and a volleyball net for friendly competition.

* Water System: Our home uses a private well with a full filtration and chlorination system. The water is safe for showers, cleaning, and general use. However, we do not advertise it as potable, so we recommend guests bring bottled water for drinking and cooking.
* Family-Friendly: We welcome families! A Pack ‘n Play, children's dinnerware, and board games are provided for your convenience.
* Pet-Friendly: We are happy to welcome your furry friends! Please inquire about our pet policy and any associated fees before booking.
* Security: For your safety and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are present. They are located on the exterior of the home and do not monitor any interior spaces.
