Seaside bliss awaits from this sun-filled home in Surfside Beach, TX. All Decked Out comes fully furnished with all the comforts you could wish for. Just a stones throw from a beautiful beach, warm gulf waters, fishing, boating, bird watching, shelling, and surfing are some of the year-round activities that make this a fantastic destination for your next vacation. Grab a coffee from the full kitchen and start your morning off with a stroll along the beach.

This three bedroom, two bath home completed in September 2020 has spectacular views of the beach and bay from an upper and lower deck, just a few steps to the beach.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Two spacious decks, outdoor cushioned patio furniture, outdoor table, beach views, outdoor shower

INDOOR LIVING: Open layout, natural light, flat-screen Smart TV, modern furnishings, coastal decor, two sleeper sofas, farmhouse kitchen table.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, granite counters, coffee maker, tea kettle, full knife set, toaster, blender, crockpot, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishware & flatware

GENERAL: Free WiFi, linens/towels, A/C, first aid kit, laundry washing machine and dryer, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper

PARKING: Carport (1 vehicle), driveway (5 vehicles), street parking

All bedding (quilts, sheets, pillowcases, shams), bath towels and beach towels are washed after every stay. Every mattress and pillow are covered with protectors for your safety and cleanliness.

Contactless check-in. You will be sent a unique code to access the property though the electronic smart lock starting a 4:00 pm on your scheduled day of arrival and ending at 10:00 am on your day of scheduled departure.

Maximum 11 occupants. The house will sleep 8 adults comfortably with an additional 2 sleeper sofas. Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. Failure to follow these will result in termination of your stay with no refunds.

Just the right place

Me and my family loved everything about this house. It accommodated both adult and kids. They provided so many amenities , we basically over packed lol. From beach toys, fully packed kitchen, and plenty of towels! The size of the house was plenty of room and close to the beach to hear those waves. We’re looking forward to staying here in the future and had a great time!

We had the BEST time. There was plenty of room for all of us and the house was well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you so much.

Beach house

I was very good, they had everything that’s needed in home. The bed was broke we didn’t they sent someone to fix it. I didn’t ask or request for become had from previous clients before us. They responded very fast and professionally especially when the police block off the street. He wouldn’t let me gain access.

Birthday Getaway!

We went to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday and everyone had a great time! A hurricane hit a few days before we were due to arrive and Ivy and Mike went above and beyond to get their home ready for us! There was even birthday balloons and treats from them as well! The home was stocked with anything and everything you could think of! The house is very cute and comfortable ! Great location to the beach as well!

40th Birthday Celebration

There were 8 of us celebrating and surprised a friend for her 40th birthday! We had an AMAZING time! Everything was PERFECT! It was so clean, perfectly furnished and the views were great! The welcome basket had yummy goodies. The bathroom basket of anything and everything you may need came in handy. The beds were so comfortable, linens and towels felt awesome too! We spent most of our time on the deck where we watched sunrises and sunsets, some even took naps while catching some rays. It was great to not have to bring or leave to get the little things like coffee, water and most paper goods since it was provided! Ivy was great at communicating when we had questions about anything during our stay. We can't wait to rent again and are already trying to plan our next trip!!

Weekend Getaway at the Beach

This property is very close to the beach. The hosts are very thoughtful. The house is equipped with kitchen, pantry and bathroom needs. What I like most is that the light switch are labeled. Everything is thoughtfully designed. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this property.
