Relaxing beach home only 300 feet from beach. Screened in outside porch facing ocean. Newly remodeled, 5 beds, 1 pullout couch. Equipped with all accommodations. Downstairs area with BBQ Pit, large table for 10, outside shower, and descent size yard. Also view of Swan Lake on Bay side with Crab Pier for crabbing.
Bring Beach towels, chairs, sunscreen and be ready for a good time.

Amazing

We had the best time! Kitchen is open and the place has plenty of sunlight! Allows everyone to have their own privacy but also plenty of room to sit in dining area and living room! Right off beach! We will be booking again!!!

Family trip

This was our second time staying at this house. We had 2 adults, 2 young adults and 2 teens in our group and there was more than enough room for all is us. It’s so convenient to have the outside shower downstairs where we could all rinse off after the beach. We bought some charcoal from the food mart and grilled. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make your meals. The beach is literally steps away from the house. We could stand on the porch upstairs and check on everyone that had stayed at the beach. The screened in porch is nice to keep all the mosquitos away.

Perfect beach getaway

After teaching middle school all year, this was just what I needed to relax and celebrate my son’s graduation. The house is beautiful and comfy. We loved how close the house is to the beach. We walked there in a couple of minutes hauling all of our equipment. I’d bring a wagon next time, but it was such a short distance that it didn’t matter. The rain kept us from fully enjoying it, but we’d stay again in a heart beat. Host was easy to contact and quick to respond.

Almost perfect

The place was nice but had some maintenance issues. Some of the fans didn’t work and there was a broken tall chair at the kitchen island. The floors were a little mushy in places and the outside lighting was mostly nonexistent. The ice maker in the freezer didn’t work but kept trying with some loud noises. The place was clean though and it was very close to the beach.

Close to the beach.

We enjoyed the fact that it was so very close to the beach..House inside was very nice an comfortable.Even tho there was hurricane about, we were lucky an only had a rainy day..The tide did get up to the dunes.But over all it was a very pleasant stay..We will be back. The gas grill on the property was unusable. The yard/grass did not get mowed until 2 days before our departure.Overall it was a pleasant stay. The Robison Family

Perfect location, and steps from the beach… Our stay was Fabulous, coming to a clean home, fully stocked, screened in porch with beautiful beach view and BONUS: Excellent communications with Owner/Mgmt, Thank You Saxon & Son…. We will definitely be back!

Husband’s birthday weekend

I wanted to do something special for my husband for his birthday. We have never rented a beach house before so all of our kids and granddaughter could spend the weekend together. We had a nice time. The house was as described and clean. The water does have a bad smell maybe because it’s near the ocean. The only issue we had was the last two renters did not take the trash to the street and bags were piled up under the house and smelled horrible. I did reach out to the owner and he had someone come and take most of the trash away. He was responsive when I contacted him.

Perfect place for a family vacation

Really liked this property. We were able to put all of our things into our wagon for the day and walk about a minute to the beach. There was so much room for the four of us to spread out. The living room was comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The closed in porch was nice too. Loved having the outside shower so we could rinse sand off after the beach before heading inside. Communication with the owners was great. Really enjoyed our stay and will be back.
