"Maid service hasn’t been clean when I requested it in every time I am leaving for a tour around town. No microwave for food to warm up. Door is the one of problem to open inside and outside. My transportation went smoothly well."

"Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Definitely appreciated the good A/C on a hot weekend. We didn't get a chance to use all the amenities like the pool, but would definitely stay here again!"

"Room had not been cleaned, dirty towels left on kitchen table, garbage in waste baskets . Toilet did not flush properly, ( they did have toilet plunger, thank goodness) smoke alarm was missing, exposed wires. Staff did come in to clean room, but did not warn about the toilet not flushing ..."
