“The room was fairly clean, however the bathroom floor had hair, not mine, on it. The bed was very comfortable. Room temperature was really good. The bathroom sink was stopped up and drained very slowly. The first room they put us in the shower was broken so the first night we couldn't shower. The staff was amazing very helpful. The second room the satellite wouldn't work but they sent someone up quickly to fix it. We asked for handicap room and the first one was on the 11th floor, the second one...

“The property was very clean and was very impressed with how nice the staff was. You had to pay for breakfast-it is not free. No free coffee bar either. They were somewhat stingy on the towels. The first day I had wash cloths, hand towels and bath towels. The next day they only refilled the bath towels. Never received wash cloths again. They made the beds but did not sweep. My biggest complaint is that the pool and hot tub were closed due to maintenance during my 3 day stay. So I was extremely...

“Very expensive for the small space. First room, sink clogged. I definitely felt judged for the “price” I paid (I got a good discount). It felt classist by staff (everyone was warmly greeted but I didn’t get the same experience). The place did seem understaffed so I don’t want to be unreasonable.”
