“The bath tub was filled with someone else’s hair from when they shaved which was unbelievable I spent 500$ and couldn’t use the shower because I’m not cleaning up somebody else’s body hair.”

“For $211 I would think I would get a room that the air conditioning unit doesn't have its control panel smashed out with the knob sitting on top would also expect everything in the facility to be well maintained it's the little things that make a big difference.”

“I came to this place at 1:00 in the morning because the other place kiteville was closed down or at least posted to be vacated and disgusting and I couldn't get in so the gentleman who I guess owns this place was very helpful I could call him and answer the phone and that was really really nice but the place is really dirty”

“We had a great stay at Waynebrook Inn. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions we had. The room was very clean, and the common areas throughout the hotel were also well maintained. The hotel itself is older, but that's part of its charm. It has a lot of character while still feeling comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast was exactly as advertised and was a nice added benefit each morning. “The rooms were very clean & comfortable. Breakfast was great. My only complaint would be the elevators. There were 2 but only one was working. It was very slow. We were there for a soccer tournament in the area so there were a lot of kids & families staying there. One elevator was not sufficient.”

“The location was very good. There were stores, eating places and gas stations nearby which made it convenient. Parking was convenient also in that I did not have to walk very far to get to my vehicle. Room was very clean. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. He was able to give me so places to eat at and stores to shop for food.”

“This disgusting dirty hotel (can't really call it that!) is a disgrace! Looks like the rugs haven't been cleaned in years! No plastic cups in the bathroom to use and when asking the clerk at the desk he couldn't find any anywhere! The idea of a light breakfast is a joke! The soda machine takes your money but didn't dispense any soda! Called a studio with a kitchen, but no plates, silverware, pots or pans or anything to use or cook with! I would never recommend this place to anyone!”
