“Very clean everywhere in the building, staff are all incredibly nice and helpful. The only complaints I have would be that the room only has one mirror (over the sink) which makes it challenging to get ready. Also the WiFi is pretty bad and spotty. ”

“Breakfast was fast and staff helpful. Our room key stopped working after 1st day and I had to track down front desk staff to re-activate. We asked for towels the second day and after 4 hours we had to ask again . There was very little water pressure but lots of hot water. The bathroom door did not close easily, but bed was comfortable.”

“The Element was a great place to stay. We booked the suite with multiple beds for 4 nights, it could sleep up to 5 if you use the sofa pull out bed. This room had a kitchen that included dishes, pots and pans microwave, stove top and refrigerator and freezer. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom with walk-in shower was very spacious. The parking can be confusing because it is an additional cost and it is not on site. They do offer valet parking at an additional cost. The staff was very helpful...

“Clean and quiet”

“There was sand or some other grainy substance on the bed. The air conditioner made so much noise in room 118. If I weren't so tired and had to get up extra early I would have went to the office. The price of $407 bucks for one night was criminal for the dump I stayed in. Not a good experience for sure. Thank God there were no bed bugs.”
