“L’alloggio in questo hotel non è mai avvenuto perché, una volta recatomi nella struttura per il check-in, alla reception mi hanno informato che la mia camera non era più disponibile in quanto l’hotel era in overbooking ed era già stata occupata da altri. Hanno cercato di assegnarmi presso alcuni hotel vicini (ne hanno chiamati solo 4) e l’unico che gli ha dato disponibilità e che mi hanno quindi proposto era un motel di categoria molto più inferiore mettendomi di fronte alla scelta se accettare...
