“In our room we had a few mishaps such as our sink water did not get hot, our phone you could not hear the person and the person could not hear you. One of our drawers to the dresser kept easing open by itself. The phone was fixed with a 2nd contact to the front desk and the other items were never fixed.”

“We are a couple in holiday and we were there 3 more times, in previous years. The hotel is no more comfortable. 8 days there, never cleaned our room, never sheets change and towels as well!. The breakfast was terrible. No yogurt, no eggs, no bacon, no waffle, no jelly, no fruit, no fruit juice. only coffee and cereals!. Some of the staff were very rude, expecially those present at breakfast. Our door was opened during the night, while we were sleeping. Next morning, We asked to check by cameras...
