“Great place near quite a few shops and restaurants. Close enough to downtown. Breakfast was nice and everyone was very welcoming.”

“The property was lovely. The rooms were extremely clean, but what made my experience top-tier….. Were the employees!!! There were three people that I saw working during my stay. They were all African-American. There was a Lady, a younger gentleman and an older gentleman. All of them were just wonderful. I wasn’t a fan of the parking situation, but it was in downtown so it is what it is but due to how wonderful the staff was I’d come back again even though I didn’t enjoy the parking situation....

“Clean room, very nice staff when we checked in! We really enjoyed the bar in the lobby before the concert then definitely after with Zombie Taco and the bar still open until 1 AM. ”

“This hotel was beautiful. The room was perfect and comfy with lots of extra details. We were there during a busy time and they took security of hotels guests seriously and kept traffic within the hotel very monitored. The customer service was above and beyond. I would stay here again and wish this hotel was in every city I visited!”

“This hotel did not feel like a Marriott. It felt a little dated. The floor plan was a little awkward. I never did find an ice machine. Parking garage was bit secure. There were also issues with the elevator and only one was operating most of the weekend. All of that being said, I would STILL give this hotel 5 stars and will DEFINITELY return in the future. “Great hotel close to the heart of Louisville. ”

“The staff was friendly and willing to get us a different room. The second room didn't smell but the bathroom was dirty.”

“Garage key didn’t work so I had to park on the street until someone would answer the phone. Car was towed and after retrieving the car it still took three hours to get a working garage key ”

“The cost is sufficient to the property. Don’t think you are staying at a 5 star hotel when it’s a 1 star. As far as it being clean, yes . As far as the furniture old, not going to put it down to much cause of the price . Staff was very nice .”
