The neighbourhood is located just off Perrin and Willow avenue. It is a very family friendly area and close to several grocery stores, including Vons & Food4less. River Park Shopping mall is just a 10 minute drive away.

The pool and hot tub use are use at your own risk. The host & owners of the property are not responsible for accidents or injuries involving pool and hot tub use.
We do not allow smoking inside, large parties and gatherings. Small intimate gatherings are ok. If guest count exceeds 8 extra day guests there will be extra charges.

If extra guests will be visiting the property during your stay, please inform the host. Any disturbance to the neighbour`s is subject to cancellation of your reservation.
