Amazing location—Tons of shopping, restaurants, and spas within walking distance. Also, enjoy the sparkling pool and hot tub at the end of your day (closed during winter so inquire if wanting pool access). An hour from Yosemite makes this a great place for travelers coming in from out of state. Close to hospitals and easy freeway access for downtown Fresno business or events. Popular and favorite high-end restaurants (Italian, sushi, Mexican, etc) and posh spas mixed with economical ones as well all within a mile. Yelp from location or just ask!! :)

There is high-speed Internet with a 60” smart TV with Netflix in comfy family room and if you have a favorite like Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc you can log on as well.

There are beach towels for pool/hot tub and if there are floaties/rafts in the yard, you are welcome to use!
