With over 5,100 sq ft of living space, 7 beautifully designed bedrooms, 5 full + 2 half bathrooms, and a massive private backyard playground, this home was made for big groups, family reunions, and weekend warriors. It comfortably sleeps up to 22 guests.

📋 Know Before You Book:
Guests are required to sign a rental agreement directly with us and events will require a refundable security deposit.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. We highly recommend travel insurance to help in case you need to cancel outside of our policy window! Refunds (when applicable) are processed minus a $250 credit card processing fee.

🕓 Check-in/Check-out Times: Check-in: 4:00 PM; Check-out: 11:00 AM - On back-to-back booking days, we’re unable to offer early check-in or late check-out so our cleaners can work their magic in this large house. If there's flexibility, we’ll let you know — we always try to accommodate when we can!

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable for accommodating them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in full loss of security deposit to cover Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Our home can accommodate no more than 22. Quiet hours are 10 pm - 8am and are strictly enforced. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. To be considerate of our neighbors and to ensure the safety of our guests, we employ Minuit noise monitoring (decibel monitor) in the living room common area, rec room and outside. The Minuit monitor only tracks decibel levels.

★ SECURITY CAMERAS★
For safety, we have exterior cameras. For consideration of our neighbors since we are in a residential area, we also have noise monitors on the exterior of the building. The Minuit noise monitor only tracks decibel levels.

★ EVENTS ★

Events, gatherings, celebrations, or commercial use of the property are not permitted without prior written approval and payment of the event fee.

Approved events are subject to:
An additional event fee (varies by size and use, up to $3,000 per day)
Refundable security deposit of up to $2,000
A maximum guest count of 75 and must be approved in advance
Daytime hours only, no later than 9pm
Strict noise, parking, and cleanup requirements
No DJs, amplified music, or ticketed events

Any gathering exceeding the registered overnight guest count, or involving outside visitors, vendors, music, decorations, or organized activities, is considered an event.

Unauthorized events will result in immediate cancellation without refund and may incur additional charges.

We stayed here with a big group of 19 (10 adults and 9 kids), and it worked out perfectly. The house has tons of space, so everyone could spread out and still hang out together comfortably. The host was super easy to communicate with and made everything simple.The gaming room was a huge hit with both the kids and the adults. All the bedrooms were roomy and comfortable, and the kitchen and dining areas were clean, modern, and had everything we needed.Overall, it was an awesome stay and a great spot for a big group. Would definitely come back. Thanks!
