Situata su 600 piedi di spiaggia rocciosa e sabbiosa, questa casa contemporanea si trova su uno dei più grandi tratti di lungomare privato dell'isola di San Juan, attirando cervi, gufi, volpi, foche, lontre e aquile calve. Ammira la vista a 180 gradi dall'Isola di Spieden al Monte Baker. Accoglierai le meravigliose albe mattutine su tramonti spettacolari da questa casa situata in posizione unica.
Forniamo pentole di granchio, gamberetti e reti da immersione che puoi usare direttamente sulla spiaggia. Scendi di notte con una torcia e il dip net. Brilla la luce nell'acqua e i gamberi vengono in superficie. Ad alcuni ospiti piace fare immersioni fuori dalla nostra proprietà che è piena di granchi e capesante.
Ci sono due aree per lanciare kayak e questo lato dell'isola è il più sicuro e quasi sempre calmo.
Possediamo anche proprietà nella vasta area a sud. Mentre i nostri 600 piedi sono completamente privati, c'è una lunga spiaggia di sabbia vicino alla nostra e non c'è mai nessuno. Quindi avrai un quarto di miglio di fronte all'oceano.

L'open space in questa casa ha una scala a chiocciola per soppalco per 4 persone. La camera da letto ha un comodissimo letto king size della California con vista sull'acqua. Il pranzo informale proprio fuori dalla cucina completamente attrezzata ea pochi passi dal ponte esterno. La stufa a legna nel soggiorno renderà questo piacevole soggiorno anche nei mesi più freddi!

Wonderful stay at a serene location

We enjoyed every moment. On arrival Michelle gave us lots of great tips about restaurants etc in the area and made us feel very welcome!The property is beautiful and quiet and the views are gorgeous out over the channel. We used the staircase on the Northside to get down to the water and it was a bit tricky but worth the climb. The dogs loved it!The kitchen had everything we needed plus more, even an airfryer and a keurig coffee pod machine. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom had a beautiful view out over the channel too. We will be back!

Peaceful and convenient

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay! The setting was so peaceful, especially views from the back deck. Easy access to Friday Harbor and the rest of San Juan Island. The house was clean, comfortable, pet friendly, and had a fully equipped kitchen for cooking.

Great base to see all of San Juan Island

The VRBO photos don’t do this place justice. The views from the family room, kitchen, deck, and yard are mesmerizing. Wanted to stay in for dinner bc why would you leave the water views. Everything on the island is less than 25 min from this place. Many bird varieties and a few seal sightings. The water tanks addition was great. Very private. Would certainly return.

Most Beautiful Stay on the Island

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous cabin. We had complete privacy the entire time, & truly enjoyed the seclusion. Access to the water is only a short walk from the cabin, & I’d recommend checking it out. We hope to come back soon and stay here again.

Utter Seclusion

I didn't want to leave. The views were amazing. The home quiet and secluded. Great Communication from the host, along with many ideas of what to do. The best part was the excellent weather we had and the swing to sit on while watching the boats and wildlife go by.

Lovely secluded oasis on San Juan Island!

My partner and I came to San Juan Island for my birthday and this place made our stay magical! Waking up and being able to step out and look at the water off the back deck was so peaceful. We highly recommend this place and hope to come back!

Wonderful Home

The housewas exactly as described with beautiful views and surrounding nature. It’s not far to Friday Harbor and we followed some of the tips given by the host. Overall, a great stay.

A gem on the edge of the island

This is a beautifully efficient, comfortable home with a view of the Puget Sound! We enjoyed our wintery stay, and the wood fireplace and floor heaters kept us cozy the whole time. We would love to return!

Home away from home

A spectacular, private retreat on a gem of an island. Our stay was completely comfortable, we saw so many animals from the property, and our dog also had a blast. Plenty of home comforts, a fire pit, beach access, and lots to go explore and see. We’ll be back!

Nice private getaway

My sister and I stayed 4 nights in late September. We enjoyed the water view and privacy. The night sky was beautiful on the clear nights and once we saw a sea lion move along the shore front.

What a view!

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for our week on San Juan Island. It’s a very private, waterfront home looking out over the channel to Shaw Island, and a quick ten minute trip into Friday Harbor for essentials from King’s like the famous King Cookie! Can’t tell you how many of those we ate. It was a little chilly for us Floridians, but the radiant heat available throughout made it very comfy. Our host, Charles, was prompt with his replies, and the housekeeper, Michelle, was very sweet and available at a moment’s notice. Really, I’m almost hesitant to post this review because I want to keep this place our little secret. Oh well, cat’s out of the bag. 😂

Romantic Getaway

We loved our stay here. It was perfect for us, and we will be returning in the future. I had kayaked the San Juans 20 years ago with my son and his friends and always wanted to bring my husband. We explored all the wonderful places on the island and the weather was great. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed. Thank you for the opportunity to stay here!

The perfect oasis!

We had the most lovely time during our stay here! The house is private and has the most incredible view. We loved sitting on the deck and down by the outdoor fire pits watching boats come and go. We even saw an orca! The house was very clean and decorated so cute! The kitchen had everything you needed to cook in and cozying up to a nice fire at the end of the day was lovely. Shower had great water pressure, bed was comfy, and wifi connection was great. Our pup sure loved hanging out here too! Owner was very responsive, helpful, and kind. We can't wait to be back!!

Perfect stay

We stayed here over Labor weekend. Everything was perfect, the house the view, the property. We loved it! It was so nice and quiet. It was our first time on the island and we can not wait to be back.

the perfect space to relax

Thank you to our hosts for letting us stay in their beautiful property. Close enough to Friday Harbor for quick grocery or lunch trips, but secluded enough to not worry about humans around you. We enjoyed the views, nature, and even saw Orcas right in front of the house. House was clean, and the property owners was very responsive and helpful. Great vacation!
