“Essenziale ma pulito e comodo”

“Would have given more stars, everything was great except for two areas. First, the food is very basic, but we had heard that and there is great dining nearby. However, we were there for two nights and NEVER received maid service, even after going to the office (across the street btw) THREE times and repeatedly being promised service. Also, parking is very limited. Great location and cute property. ”

“The Montecito Inn is a beautiful boutique inn that we have been coming to for over 30 years. This was the first time we’ve stayed there since their major renovation. The hotel and the rooms were just beautiful! The staff is always lovely and friendly. The only thing I miss about the old days is the restaurant they used to own. There is still one on property, but it’s not part of the hotel, and we did not try it. But there are SO many restaurants within one, two, or three blocks, no one...

“Il Coast Village Inn si trova in una via poco trafficata e molto gradevole, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia pubblica e da alcuni graziosi locali. A cinque minuti di auto invece si raggiunge State Street per un po' di vita notturna. La camera era molto bella, il letto comodissimo e il tutto molto funzionale. La piscina ci ha permesso di fare ancora un piccolo tuffo dopo il pomeriggio in spiaggia. Assolutamente consigliato!”

“Camera pulita e in ordine, offre l’essenziale per un soggiorno. Personale molto gentile. La struttura è dotata di un parcheggio molto grosso proprio davanti alle camere. Non c’è la colazione ma al mattino in reception si trova il caffè. Complessivamente un ottimo soggiorno. ”

“This hotel has a great view and nice location close to downtown SB. Room was nice and bed was comfortable. If you have a balcony room, view is great but we were facing Cabrillo street and it was so noisy. Loud motorcycles constantly cruising by. The noise from the bar and dining area also sounded very close like they were next door. It is quiet when the balcony doors are shut though. Valet was fast and most of the staff were friendly. Next time we’re in the area we’ll stay away from properties...
