Spend your days swimming, fishing, kayaking, or simply relaxing by the water. The property features two piers, with the smaller pier ideal for casting a line. Fire up the gas grill and enjoy outdoor dining with beautiful lake views, then gather around the fire pit for s’mores under the stars.

Winter brings a whole new experience. Big Roche-A-Cri Lake is popular for ice fishing, easily accessed right from the property. The area also offers excellent snowmobiling, with well-maintained trails throughout Adams County. After a day outdoors, warm up inside and enjoy the cozy comforts of home.

Inside, the home is designed for relaxation and connection. The bright sunroom is perfect for morning coffee or board games, while the comfortable living room invites you to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and generous counter space for preparing everything from snacks to full family meals.

The primary bedroom offers peaceful deck views and a private en-suite bath with a jetted tub. Four additional bedrooms provide space and comfort for everyone in your group. Downstairs, you’ll find a second kitchenette, a pool table, and a lounge area ideal for movie nights or rainy-day fun.

Family-friendly amenities include a Pack ’n Play, high chair, baby gate, gas fireplace, central A/C, and full laundry room.

Golfers will love being just 20 minutes from Sand Valley Golf Resort, one of the Midwest’s premier golf destinations. Several other excellent courses are located within 30 miles. Outdoor lovers can also visit Dyracuse Park for motorsports or explore boating and beaches at Castle Rock Lake.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
