“This is such a comfortable place. The food is good and plentiful. The staff is so friendly. I was welcomed warmly when we arrived. The General Manager steps in and does all the things she asks of her staff. She even remembers guest names. The rooms are very clean and large. It’s an ideal location if you want to shop at IKEA. I continue to return to this hotel when I’m in the Frisco area ”

“Overall is a good property, except the receptionist on the front desk aren’t very professional in communication or in their attire. Seemed like we were at one star motel front desk.”

“Very nice property. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Our only complaint is the shower temperature was cold to luke warm”

“Half way thru the air kept going off and i would wake up sweating having to turn the ac way down to get it to kick back on & then our tv kept goin off it would turn back on but then right back off and wouldnt stay on. The phone in the room didn’t work. We called the front desk to let them know and they just said the maintenance man to get there at 10.. it was 7:30 at this time ..”
