“We had an easy check in with the manager. She was very informative. Had problems with the TV but we were in the mountains. If you’re looking for a fancy area this isn’t it. I loved it. Old mining town. Room was clean . ”

“The Expedia price did not include a $45 per room Vail Resort Fee that was due upon arrival and added nothing at all in the way of amenities to my stay. I don't remember anything warning me of such a fee when I booked on Expedia. The price Expedia offered should just include this extra $45. I found it misleading and I could do nothing about it once I arrived at the hotel around 10:30 PM. The hotel itself was fine and the staff ok, just feel like I got taken by Expedia. “Hayley at check in was super nice, our room was ready before check-in time. Hotel was beautiful in general. However, our room was very warm. We were able to open a window which helped. The breakfast was not great, sausage overcooked, powdered scrambled eggs were not good, out of coffee.”
