“We stayed for 5 days and It was absolutely exceptional, views from front and rear are amazing , the rooms were immaculate the location was central to all areas , weather was perfect, visited many places in the Lake District but the Rose Cottage was by far the best 10/10from us & we will be back Alistair , Clare , Sue ”

“Way cute cottage! Larger than the pictures showed. We enjoyed the sheep as neighbors, the pubs and restaurants were all dog friendly. The kitchen was really well equipped and the whole place was just stunning. Would totally recommend! Thank you!”

Perfect base for exploring the Lakes District area with dining and shopping options a short walk from the property.”

“This was our first holiday as a family with our one year old grandson. A Christmas present for us all and we loved the house it was perfect giving space, warmth and comfort to us all. Very well equipped and close to the centre and within easy walking distance of the beautiful countryside and mountains. A couple of maintenance and cleaning glitches but minimal.
