“Stayed with the family. Room was spacious with full kitchen and a living area. Very clean and courteous staff. Breakfast was good. Parking was ample. The room was facing the river. I’d definitely go back again.”

“The room was very nice and staff were very friendly and helpful. Wonderful location. My only complaint is while the towels were large enough and very soft they did not absorb water very well. The was a very nice coffee shop in the hotel. The building is historical and they are still working on some of the details so anticipate things getting even better”

“Hotel molto bello, nuovo e pulito. Molto meglio degli hotel appartenenti a catene commerciali presenti nelle vicinanze. Camere spaziose, pulite e curate, alcune con una bella vista sul fiume (non la nostra). Il casinò, pur essendo nella stessa struttura, è ben diviso dall’hotel rendendo facile l’accesso ma mantenendo la privacy dell’hotel. Super consigliato”

“I stayed here because I was going to a concert at Proctors Theatre and this hotel was only a short 8 minute walk to the theater. I was pleasantly surprised by the room for an inexpensive hotel. The room was very clean and well maintained. The bed was reasonably comfortable the towels were fairly new and soft. The downside? The building on the outside could use some work and the area around the hotel was suspect. However, as you walk toward downtown it gets better quickly. Since I was only...

“The property s centrally located in Schnecady, NY. The room had an extreme stale odor-old carpet odor. Breakfast was good, Parking excellent and staff were great.”

“We were only at the hotel about 16 hrs, but we found the staff very helpful, the room spacious and clean, and the free breakfast adequate. Thank you.”

“Check-in/checkout was easy. Staff were pleasant. The Airport Shuttle was convenient for airport arrival and departure. It was also available to take us to a nearby dinner restaurant and after a phone call, they retrieved us promptly. The shuttle drivers were knowledgeable about the areas and made us feel at ease, especially our 4:30 a.m. airport arrival. Room was adequate and quick, especially that it sits in a more woody area then the Hilton Spring Garden Hotel.”

“The air conditioner barely worked. The sink and bathroom were stained. The beds and linens were okay.The staff was pleasant.”

“We like the Hilton Garden Inn and have stayed there a number of times. We like that the rooms and the hotel are very clean and the staff are helpful. The one glitch this time had to do with the toilet. Each time someone sat down on it, it rocked and jingled and felt like it was going to fall apart. Otherwise it functioned properly.”

“There was hair in the bathtub. We couldn't get many channels on the TV. The breakfast was good! The coffee was weak. Carpets appeared to be worn need to be replaced.”
