“Great!”

“We reserved a double queen bed room and when we arrived they put us in a single bed room. A double bed. For myself, my sister, and my 18 year old son. They had to bring us a rollaway bed which was hard as a rock and the actual bed in the room was slanted and uneven. Thankfully we only needed it for one night but we won’t be staying here again. No offers of reduced rates or anything for our situation. ”

“Left side of upper hallway of ceiling was falling down, it was not blocked off when we checked in. There were several holes in the ceiling of the right end of hallway as well that wasn’t covered or blocked off. Handle of the sink came off in my hand when I went to turn on the water. Overall facility was in disrepair. Would not recommend staying here.”

“Air Conditioning was noisy, the bathroom door did not close. The linens were dingy. The furniture was subpar, lots of damage on them scratches and dings. The carpet was stained and dirty, the bathroom had water damage around the tub and there were cracks in the ceiling drywall. ”

“This place was absolutely fantastic, from cleanliness to staff friendliness! The amenities were extremely useful! The gym had relevant equipment that was not dated! It included 2 separate rooms, one spacious space for weight training, one more intimate space for yoga/calisthenics. Maybe the gym was my favorite part! There was also a pool area (indoor). The courtyard was amazing, great place to enjoy the scenery or mingle with other travelers. The ENTIRE place here was conducive for business and...

“The clerk barely spoke English but I had a confirmation so all he had to do was point. The room seemed clean but walls were very stained and tired. The kitchenette was completely devoid of anything to use for dining. Not even plastic soons or anything. So if you don't bring absolutely everything you need to eat a meal, you're just out of luck. “Staff wasn’t very professional. It wasn’t very helpful.”

“Didn’t know you couldn’t grab a piece of cheese. The staff member mumbled, then brushed my hand away, then said he had to throw it all out, and continued to berate me when he returned until I told him to stop talking to me (please). Didn’t bother going down for breakfast next day. We went out instead. TV stopped working and no tech staff on duty nor manager. Front desk had us pack and move to new suit. “Jackie was amazing. She was very informative and helpful. Great communication. The room was really comfortable. And breakfast was great.”

“Very nice clean room with comfortable bed and nice shower. Kitchenette was good with microwave and mini fridge, basic dishes. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Good location with Mary Jane’s restaurant bar next door had excellent food and nice atmosphere. My only small suggestion would be to put variable light switches so you could turn down the lighting at night. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again on my next trip to Perryville.”
